Got a 2006 Saturn Ion about 6 or 7 years ago. Still driving it Great car just normal maintenance. Coming next week to get another one as giving Saturn to my son. You will work with retired people?

This place is a scam, they don’t work with you, if you miss 1 payment they tow your car, they charge a $200 tow fee, then you gotta pay the tow company. The tow company they have is a scam as well they charge you $75 if you want your belongings out the vehicle smh I would give it 0 stars worst place ever to get a car.

I leased a Chrysler 200 l and after 2 weeks only “transmission service” engine check happened, i called them and took the car down to the dealership.they only checked and restart the codes knowing that’s not the solution now the car broken down on the high ways which almost cost me and accident and they changing owners and no one have a solution for me.the car now isn’t working and i still have to pay weekely payments.i have done my best with the car and changed the oil and car filter.this car is bringing financially down i have to take uber to work.i hope they give me a solution soon but doesn’t look good.

2 update: I took the car down again and they reset the codes and nothing in the transmission was done so the next day when i when i picked up the car the car just won’t change gear i’ve been told they can’t do nothing even thought i have been having this problem since i leased the car. DONT BUY A CAR HERE

3rd update 08/31 - no one has reached or to me to fix the car problem with the transmission going into limp mode every week.thai is disgraceful and not respect to customer.

I have brought a vehicle and they sold me a lemon with transmission problems. A Cadillac truck.

The worst place u can get a car from their selling flooded cars with motors blown and electrical problem will not recommend

The customer service is awful… nobody willing to help.nobody cares what your upset about… all that matters is that they got the sale… The online payment platform makes no sense. I was told “Anybody in their right mind would call in to make their payment” And when expressing my frustration I got told “I’m not going to listen to this” I got no paper work with my car…. No copy of the papers I signed… nothing… I’ve been in the automotive industry since 2018 never have I talked to a customer that way… And never have I been treated so badly… (also when I asked to speak to the manager of the dealership I was told he wasn’t available) I highly recommend going elsewhere!

They are thieves, the cars are in poor condition and the warranty is crap, they do not solve anything

The worst customer service ever. They are so rude disrespectful, and their cars are horrible. Since the new owners, the business has gone completely down the drain. Would never recommend bonds auto sale to anyone.

So before i had put a bad review but after the experience i had and the nonstop consistent work of EVE i had to change my review. Eve went all out and helped us from the moment i spoke to her for the first time till the end she made sure i had my title in my hands in close time she is a true helper she kept in contact with us and made sure we had our title. EVE from the bottom of our hearts we thank u because if it wasnt for u we would still be waiting for my title to get here but thanks to u i have my title in my hands YOUR THE BEST.i would definitely recommend anyone to her with eyes closed. FALSE ADVERTISING. They do not report to the Credit Bureaus. I remember in 2020, I would see them on my TransUnion/Equifax report & then all the sudden they disappeared. They keep gaslighting me saying they are reporting my payments to Equifax. Equifax has no record of them. Now I have to get my lawyer involved to file a complaint with the State Attorney General’s Office. They are liars. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE JOKERS.

They sold me a car that was roach infested, they knew it was roach infested and still sold it to me, I gave them the car back less than 24hrs after purchase and gave them a chance to get it taken care of, I took the car back and again less than 24hrs later it was even more and they had the car in their possession, they wouldn’t work with me. I drove the car less than a TOTAL of 30min and they won’t give me my refund or return any of my calls. I have two little girls that I don’t have transportation for or my car funds to look into purchasing another vehicle. This place is terrible for business and lies and hides things about the car. I asked to speak to the owner MULTIPLE times and was refused, I asked for my funds back MULTIPLE times and was refused. I have every incident document and will be taking further action to get my funds back. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

This is my 2nd car through Bond Auto sales and I absolutely love this place! Kevin was the sales man and got me into my New BMW and was extremely friendly and helped me the whole way. Ray was also Great! Very good place with great People. Definitely recommended it!

Words can’t describe how happy I am with this place. Three years ago I got a Honda Civic from them. It ran great. I do Uber so I was wanting to get a bigger vehicle so I got a van from them. The van ended up having some issues. So I brought it back to them and they were amazing. They took care of me and ended up putting me in another vehicle. I just want to say thank you to the whole staff for resolving the issue. A special thank you to Kevin, Ray, Bob, and the mechanic I don’t remember his name. Sorry. For everything. I recommend this location to anybody.

I never had a bad experience with Bond I still have my trailblazer that I paid off in '21. And now Kevin just hooked me up with a 2010 Nissan Altima and I love it, Also Ray is the best.i felt like I was home in the office, so Bond is the best place for a vehicle

Love love love! They were so patient with me as we test drove 4 different cars and discussed potential concerns on each one as well as price points. And finally, we found the perfect car at a great price, and they even knocked money off the down payment to better fit us! Pete was amazing, and Joe also, can’t thank them enough!
