Let me start off by saying I am not a plumber, but I am capable of fixing things. I know that there is a time and place when a plumber is needed, but certain times fixing things yourself works great. If you want someone to make you feel stupid for not being a plumber go to this place. I needed a part for a commercial sink to fix a leak. While the job itself is not overly complex, it’s just replacing a couple hoses and fittings, I didn’t know the technical term for the part that I was looking for. All I did was bring the part that I needed to be replaced in with me, the two guys at the counter made me feel like an idiot and told me that I needed to go get a plumber. I was able to remove the leaking part and just needed the same part that was working. Since I didn’t know the technical term of the part, I guess in their eyes that makes me incapable of doing the repair.

I went down the road to another supply house who was more than willing to help and had the part in stock.don’t waste your time going here, unless you want them to make you feel like, you’re not equal to them because you may not be a plumber

Always so slow when you go to pick up something, you can call HOURS ahead and you still will wait 20+ min every single time, horrible!
