Bonefish Grill, Aventura FL

Our family is visiting from Orlando for The Miami Dolphins game tomorrow. Decided to have dinner here tonight the appetizers were good, the guy who greeted us was great, our waiter you can tell he was super super rushed. My son had the pecan crested parmesan trout needless to say it was rotten like rotten. He said Mom why does this taste like this when I tasted it I instantly spit it out. The manager came over we told her about it she said I don't understand how that can be when we cook it fresh everyday I wanted to say you can cook something fresh everyday but doesn't necessarily mean the product is fresh. All she said is would you like me to order you something else and we're still waiting for her to apologize. I don't even know how she has that position of being a manager she's just terrible. Horrible horrible experience. How can you go to a fish restaurant and the fish is not fresh? I would never ordered that dish again I don't even know if I'll visit Bonefish again.

Curva side pick up. Terrible experience. Sauces all over the crab cakes. Asparagus thin as spaghetti. Had a different experience last time I visited but definitely not worth the expense.

My first time at Bonefish Grill and it won't be my last, omg them crab cakes and the bang bang shrimp is a must, the food, the server and the atmosphere was a great experience I'll be back soon.

It's okay, good dinner but the prices are way greedy for the Aventura Commons. Okay, you do have a beautiful and amazing dental and waxing zone in the Commons. Oh and Chipotle. Itself feels that the people who eat there work in the area.

I had got a fish and chips yo go and the fish had a bad smell to it and couldn't be eaten but the service and everything else was good

I hardly give such a bad review but this is not a place to enjoy your food. The food was cook bad we needed to replace 2 dishes, a day after my stomach heart and I didn't feel good I might had a food poisoning. Very bad experience.

Yelena was my bartender and she was absolutely incredible. She was always smiling, very engaging, made a PERFECT recommendation for my side dishes. I've been to several different Bonefish Grills, but Yelena makes the Aventura location extra special!

Amazing Experience, Love the energy and vibe from this location. From hostess, server, back of the house/bar all greeted with a warm welcome, seated in no time. The fresh bread with garlic Olive oil pesto is to die for. App imperial dip was full of flavor needs bigger and more chips, but good. Very non expensive around $100 for 2 $150 if you want dessert. I will be going back!

Was a guest on this restaurant July 1st with my husband, was seated quick.but sat for awhile and no server came.other guest came and server immediately went over although we came in before them.we watched for several minutes.finally we left.bad service

Happy hour only has drinks now. BUT the drinks are $5 and do taste great. Try the blueberry lemontini and you won't be disappointed.

We also had the shrimp and lobster roll, which had good flavor and a good sauce. I wish they'd up the lobster to shrimp ratio a bit. We also had the poke bowl. At first glance the poke bowl looks boring but when you mix it all in the flavors are excellent.

I wouldn't make a special trip to run back to this place. But, if I'm in the area it's a good option.

This place used to be one of my favorite, I had to wait for a table most of the time, but just like every other corporate chain, it has gone down the drain. I gave other locations a chance to perhaps being better than my usual spot (us1 just north of comercial blvd) and they’re all the same. Go ahead and order the mussels Josephine and you’ll understand why!

We had a good experience. The trout was tasty af. The hostess was very accommodating, moving around tables so that my father was able to get just the right table and spot for his electric wheelchair. This is very telling (about customer service) and was much-appreciated. Our server, Julian, was a pro! Courteous, efficient and he moved quickly to get us our food/drinks without much wait at all. We had a slight mishap with ordering and he didn't hesitate to make it right. I do recommend this location. Enjoy!

Only giving 3 stars because the server was amazing. The food was definitely less than average for the prices and has declined since the last visit.

Excellent cocktails and service. Great place to stop after work while waiting for traffic to ease up. The only reason rating didn't get a 5 is because I didn't have food.

I love this place and I order few times a month when I have people in my house but today was not OK. They missed 2 orders of Cesar salad and 2 orders of cranberry cookies. Instead of the cranberry cookies they sent me 2 gallons of cranberry JUICE… someone missed read the receipt. I called and a lady named Jessica said to call Uber eats but I’m not don’t believe this is a Uber eats issue

One of my favorite restaurants of all time! Jeff our waiter was super nice! I love their bang-bang shrimp and Atlantic salmon, never fails! My go to place when I take friends and family out!

Food quality has dropped considerably post-covid.perhaps they lost their experienced kitchen staff? Bland, overcooked, even the plating was off. They also took a lot of items off the menu, including popular things like lobster rolls.

As you enter the restaurant, there is the most unhappy girl to greet and seat you. I was ready to leave as I came to enjoy myself with my family and I don't appreciate down-pressed people, they ruin the atmosphere. Enough said about the greeter. Server Gloria was astounding, she exhibited professionalism and joy the entire evening. Thank you Gloria, you caused me and my family to have an enjoyable evening! I will definitely return, thanks to Gloria. And I had the steamed lobster with asparagus and it was superb. Thank you Bonefish!

My dinner and my Father's was good. My mother ordered steak medium and it came out very well done. By the time we were able to get our waiter's attention to tell him dinner was over. They did make a new steak and that was done correctly. But by the time it came out everyone was done eating and my mother took it home with her. Had our waiter checked on us after our meals were delivered to the table we could have addressed the issue sooner.
