Bonita Jetski & Parasail, Bonita Springs FL

Everything was great, will definitely do it again when back in FL. The check in process was easy and the staff very friendly. They held onto our bag for us so we didn't have to worry about our belongings. The jet skis were awesome, 1 was brand and the other newer and in really good condition. Highly recommend doing the certification ahead of time if you require it, saved a lot of time.

There is a nice beach to swim if you want to before or after your ride or if someone with you isn't doing it. Bathrooms and changing spot as well as outside shower to rinse off (no bathing allowed). Parking is tight but there is a lot around the back side that is kind of hidden that had a ton of parking, all of it is $10 for the day and Rangers were actively ticketing people who didn't pay so beware.

Loved our tour, Terrance was our tour guide and did an amazing job, shortly after we got on we saw 3 dolphins just playing with each other which was so cool because we had been just talking about how dolphins are wildlife and so it’s not guaranteed we were going to see one but sure enough we did and it was something I’ll never forget, we could tell Terrance knew a lot about this area! I would definitely come back and ask for him!:)

Me and my partner rented the half hour jet skis and I would have rated this place five stars if it wasn’t for the mean lady who worked up front giving us our paperwork. She was this thin brunette lady that had her hair in a bun. She kept rushing us to fill out the paperwork immediately after she gave it to us and dismissed us many times. I’m usually not the kind of person to leave a negative review especially when I had so much fun jet skiing, but the lady was just so mean. She was also really racist to this Asian man and kept yelling and cursing at him because he didn’t speak English, meanwhile he was being very kind.

My son and I went on the dolphin tour with Tyson as our guide and had a great time! Luckily we got to see plenty of dolphins being playful and beautiful birds! Tyson made it fun and felt very safe with him guiding us on our first time on jet skis. Hope to do it again next time we’re in Florida!

A+ Took a chance and found Bonita Jetski & Parasail on yelp to schedule a dolphin jetski tour the same morning for the family. Huge success! (The company recommended by our hotel was booked the entire week) As soon as I called, I felt comfortable and knew I was in goods hands. Also, price was in line (slightly less) with other places I called. At the marina, everyone was friendly, patient, professional and most of all - fun! We had an amazing time with a terrific guide and saw lots of dolphins and wildlife and had a blast on the skis. Highlight of our trip to Naples and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Everyone on the boats were very professional and made sure it all went smooth. Safety was a priority and everything was explained in detail. Parasailing was awesome and if we’re ever back down here we’ll be more then happy to do it again

We had excellent service for the 2 hour jetski Dolphin tour, great people, and a great company. Max was an amazing dolphin tour guide, I highly recommend to have Max as your guide, This was an amazing experience for all four of us, 2 adults 1 13 yr old and 1 18yr old. A must do if you're in Southwest Florida!

We’ve done this tour 1-3 times a year over the last 13 years. We rent 2-3 jet skis every time and every tour was amazing. The guides were friendly, fun informative and polite. Unfortunately the last tour we hired on July 30 was not a pleasant experience. Our guide was rude, abrasive and made snarky comments about some of her guests. The tour that day as vastly different from all the other tours we’ve enjoyed so much. Really did not fit the profile of a company we have enjoyed for 13 years. We will probably find a new outfit.

My family and I had a great time yesterday morning on the dolphin tour! Our guide, Tyson, was excellent. We had a great ride through various parts of Estero Bay, saw many dolphins, have great pictures to show for it, and my teenage son considers it one of the best things he has ever done! Thank you!

Awesome time. So much fun for the entire family. My wife was VERY nervous and they made her feel at ease. Best part was she enjoyed it the most out of anyone. (Actually the best part was seeing a giant sea turtle swimming on top of the water.)

Tyson did a great job of keeping the group safe while still making it very fun & fast paced. We saw dolphins 4 different times & they played in our wake a bit. I would highly recommend the tour! Driving behind a group in the wake is fun & really pretty the way the water splashes, especially in the narrow canals. We saw a bird catch a fish and some other wild life. 2 thumbs up

We did the Jet ski dolphin tour with Tyson as our guide. What an amazing adventure it was. By far the best highlight of our time in Florida. Tyson was an amazing young man that was very knowledgable of the area and very friendly! If you want to have an experience to remember for a long time, you will want to go here. Easy to register (I did it online) and great communication before and after. We will absolutely do this again! Thank you for providing this memory for my wife and I. MUST DO! Great job Tyson.

Our family did the 2-hour dolphin jet ski tour and had a great time. The jet skis are top notch with plenty of horse power, which made the free time in the ocean a blast. We encountered 3 dolphins, which swam alongside us for 10 minutes - what a special experience. The company and staff are very organized, prepared and efficient. The texts about limited parking saved us a headache, as we opted to be dropped off. A smooth and enjoyable day.

We had the best time parasailing. Staff was friendly, informed and we felt safe the whole time. The pictures were definitely worth the extra $$. We got so many great shots we would not have been able to get on our own. Thank you so much for being the highlight of our vacation.

New equipment, great guide and customer service. My son and I had a great trip and the guide, whose name escapes me, did a great job putting us on schools of dolphin. This is our second trip and will use them again for sure.

Parasailing was such an amazing experience with my family! Our captains were friendly and funny and we had a great “flight” with dolphin and sea turtles sightings! An experience we will remember the rest of our lives! Thank you! ️

My boyfriend and I went on this tour with Tyson and had a blast! He is hilarious and made sure we were well prepared for the tour. We actually ended up having dolphins swimming right next to us! Thanks Tyson for the great experience!:)

Our family (with 11 and 7yo's) had a terrific time on the jet ski dolphin tour. This was our second year in a row going with Bonita jetski and Parasail. Online booking was simple. Checking-in on day of was a breeze and they even provided windbreaker jackets for us due to mild chill in the air. Those definitely made a difference! We were fortunate enough to see over a dozen dolphins during the tour. Chase was very patient with the slower parties on our tour and allowed us to "play" as we saw fit while keeping the group moving along in a safe and fun fashion. I particularly enjoy not having to worry about navigating and just focusing on the ride, which is why I go for the tour. These folks definitely know what they are doing and they even take photos throughout the ride that you can choose to purchase for a few extra $$. Ours turned out great! Thank you for another great experience and we will see you next year!
