The most negative experience I've ever encountered. Hoping to be closer to a loved elderly grandfather (non relative but a granpapa to my family) -He (age 92) - finally moved out after catching an incident of important health medical "needs"-by a resident.
There's no words to explain the depth the Mngr. & Corporate took to make me "hush" after the beans were spilled and (witnessed) -
It's not what it appears to be-It took me in surprise the depth of the awful terrible things going on between the Mngr. David and a handful that "assists" him-I just happened to be located up front to see -too much!

I know several very good folks living there and I'm not sure they e4ven see or know everything or wants to know-anything.
Also, The negativity of gossip runs rampid-
The behind the doors "action" runs is known by the higher uppers -but-heads turn- blind- (Yes, because of conviencee- knowing they have upper hands as ALL GOES. _ AND DOES-

Taking a severe loss and it didn't matter because it was becoming a part of that life and losing the goodness within me -
Reported but putting one plus one together-You know how how far that went-
I say. THINK TWICE as the numerous complaints run rampant and one in-it takes awhile and lots of good energy (wasted) -to get "Back to where you were before) -

Limited to what I can say but if you talk to the "right people"-they may admit to more than normal "activities" happening -

I've never had a problem at any residence-so- this was so heavy for me to take all in-They don't deserve ONE STAR-

Just being truthful- hoping a new to be resident- thinks twice about residing at BSMHP -FACTS that was a horrible but a way of LIFE-that's NOT MINE.

(Several wonderful folks live there and are not apart of this nonsense -but real-)

Its a retirement home for 55+. My
Parents retire there and it's peaceful, and quite.

Went there looking for furniture found what I was looking for.
