Really dogs on the table! What kind of nasty place let’s nasty dogs on their tables! People eat here but not me anymore! That was disgusting! But I’m not coming back and I would advise no one else to!

Service was good but the food was trash. I ordered pulled pork and turkey. Both meats were ice cold. I don’t send food back, I’ve worked in restaurants. Our server was a middle aged man with glasses, he is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Yesterday i went to the #Bono's BAR-B-Q NEAR THE AVENUES MALL. I WAS LOOKING AT THE MENU ON THE WALL AS I WAS WAITING TO PLACE MY ORDER. I WAS THEN BLESSED BY SOME **ANGELS**. ONE OF THEM ASKED ME WHAT I HUNGRY FOR. I MENTIONED CHEESE FRIES AND A SWEET TEA
ONE OF THE LADIES SAID. SHE WOULD LIKE TO BUY ME #lunch

Fast, fast, and friendly folks.

Fantastic food, selections pork, brisket, sausage, chicken, especially ribs, and wings.

Had the Thursday special of a half-chicken and a rib. Both the chicken and rib were moist and delicious. The sides were good as well and we had good service.

I'm from memphis tn drive for us express mane let me tell ya that chicken grilled sandwich was hitn and everything else that come with it tenders all that

Went on a recommendation and was disappointed. The brisket was quite dry and the ribs had a burnt coating on the outside. Even the sweet potato was like mush. I've been trying to find somewhere in Saint Augustine that comes close to Texas Roadhouse, but I guess we have to keep going to Palm Coast.

Delicious barbecue and efficient take out staff with food waiting after call-in order, and neatly packaged.

Was there for lunch. No lines. No waiting. The pulled pork was awesome! And so was the waitress! Can never go wrong with Bono's!

Me and my husband have been here twice and each time has been amazing. The server “Mona” was fast and sweet also on point! We will be returning!

Great food but I did have to sit on the opposite side of the bench because the girl up front with the red hair constantly was looking at me with a stank face.

I really wanted to love this Bono’s because it’s close to my home and my family has eaten here for years. Lately though the quality of service has gone down. At one time I gave this location 5 stars but after this last order I had to drop it to 2 stars. Two stars off for the last 3 times I’ve gone here and something has been missing on my order.
Two months ago I ordered 2 BBQ salads, a three meat platter and some desserts to go. I added an egg to a salad for $0.99. I spent close to $60 bucks and get home to find I was charged for the egg but no egg in my salad. No biggie, I let it slide this time.
Second time I go back a few weeks later and get salads and platters again. I get home and there are like 4 BBQ sauces for all the bbq I ordered when I specifically asked for several of each of the sauces. I let this slide this time and give them one more chance.
Third strike I ordered 3 burgers and a chicken sandwich combo with 2 sides. I get charged for 2 sides on the chicken sandwich- Mac and cheese and coleslaw. Only the Mac n cheese is in my box. All this after waiting 30 minutes for the food to be finished!

SIDE NOTE: The burgers were GREAT! Compliments to the cooks! They get the stars this review earned. There service took the three stars away.

AND I TIP EACH TIME I ORDER TO GO! TIPS SHOULD HAVE GONE TO THE COOKS!

No more, Bono’s. Sure the missing things may be small but if I’m a regular customer and I’m tipping before my food comes I expect my order to be right when I get it. Especially if they are not slammed with customers. Take your money to Bono’s only the Town Center. The young lady at the window each time I ordered has forgotten something and I won’t spend $50+ dollars AND tip to get even one item left off my order again. Three stroke equals three stars off a once 5 star review.
I’ll spend the extra gas and go to the other Bono’s instead. Every penny of my money is valuable and I not only expect to get what I pay for, I don’t expect my order to have something missing three times in a row after I’ve tipped.
If you tip at the window make sure they put what you paid for in your bag!

Great food, friendly customer service. My family members are regulars there and it's nice to be greeted by staff who remember your face and make you feel at home. Never disappointed whether it's dine in or take out!

Went here with my family. We havent been to bonos in over a year probably. Got seated fast but then waited so long just to get a server. I seen other people standing looking for the server as well. Order our food finally and waited on that. We cracked the blind on the window because it felt so dark and the server pretty much yelled at us telling us to close it because they don't like it open. So we did. Got the food my collard greens were gross and the chicken was almost dry. I was really disappointed with the whole experience. I will never go back to this location.

Food was excellent! Our server, Kia was amazing! Only complaint, the coleslaw was on the vinegar side, not my taste.

Bono's is a long time favorite. I usually get the brisket, fatty:) My wife likes it lean. Every now and then they will have baby back ribs (not on the menu). They problem is they don't have them enough. They are so good!

Very good. Had small plater chicken dark. Sides were Brunswick stew and coleslaw.
Waitress was amazingly good at follow up I’ll be coming back sometime soon. 4.6stars

I love coming into Bono's! I feel like you all have the best meat in any other smokehouse in Jacksonville, and your "sweet sauce" is to die for. Lately, I've gone on a greater increase in my protein intake (Keto), while trying to keep my fats in check. I can have your 2 or 3 meat salad, go Hawg wild with it, and still stay in my caloric and macronutrient budget. Needless to say, I'm in hog heaven.

I come to this location regularly, I always get the Turkey and sausage platter with Mac N Cheese and Corn Nuggets.

And I must point out that I only get a 30 minute lunch break and I am always in and out in just under 25 minutes, and the service is still 5 star quality and they serve up good quality food. If you are looking for great food and service and you only have very little time for lunch, I strongly recommend that you vidit this Bono's Location, they will not let you down.

I have never had a single problem and will be back soon.
