Beautiful apartment, however, I could hear my next door and upstairs neighbors. I really wish they would have built with some type sound proof. I definitely think they are charging too much, for this price you might as well be in the downtown area.

DO NOT EVEN THINK RENTING HERE WORST COMPLEX EVER. I Applied for this apartments the end of August Tiarra took care of us, told us we need it to bring a check for the security deposit which she said not to worry since it was refundable, that if we moved after the 21st, the last week we didn’t have to pay, never mention a charge for a key to open the doors. I brought all the require papers license proof of a income so did my boyfriend. They kept on asking for more proof from my boyfriends job. They do not inform you if you are approve or not. They just ask you for another check to re-apply without even telling you it was denied. (I make myself the requirement income so I didn’t know what was the problem) they kept on asking for more proof and then told us that the apartment we wanted was rented to someone else. They told us we needed another letter from my boyfriends job since the heading was not in the format they wanted it. They don’t reach out to you I had to keep on calling to find out what was the hold up! Meanwhile they already cash the deposit check. What really bother me was when they ask me for proof of my social security since it was issued years after I was born, they are unacquainted of any type of immigration status, they wanted to know if the social was mine! I am a CITIZEN AND THEY ARE ASKING ME FOR MY VISA! I had to go in person and tell them that it was DISCRIMINATION and if they did not want to rent the apartment to me it was fine but not to waste my time, she said she was going to send an email with all the require papers to CHERYL her manager and that they would contact me when everything was approved, I told her I was not going to wait any longer she said ok I’ll do it right now.automatically they accepted the application, but told me even if I moved after the 21st had to pay 344 plus I had to pay another 250 for the security deposit 150 for processing fee and 50 for a key. The next day I email Tiarra! OF COURSE NO RESPONSE so I called the next day, and talked to two people before CHERYL got on the phone saying that my application was approved a while back and that they were going to keep my security deposit!

I never got a key, and FYI THEIR WELCOMING LETTER AND CHARGES PAPER DONT HAVE A DATE! HOW CONVENIENT!

We just finished our second lease at Bonterra Parc. This time it was for seven months while we were constructing another home. The grounds were kept horribly in comparison to two years ago when we lived there, the office staff is not as organized as they were either. For example, we asked for an explanation why we were getting docked 40 something dollars from our security for our last water bill. We asked for the ledger and it was sent and it clearly shows the same amount that we paid during our final walk-through for the water bill. So that doesn’t add up but we still have no answer to that so they are 40 bucks richer. The maintenance staff is good though. No complaints there. I have to say that Bonterra Parc is very expensive and for what we got this time around it was not worth it. Gates never worked! The condition of the apartment when we first got it was horrendous too. Old dog food underneath the stove, hair all over the place. I hope they hired a new cleaning crew because if not, as a new resident you’ll have to clean after the previous ones.

Not the same at all.

BEWARE! DO not apply to this apartments they ask for your security deposit before you are even approved for an apartment and don’t tell you if you are approved and then keep your security deposit. My sister waited over a month without getting approved and then when she asked for her security deposit back they told her she has been approved and they are not refunding her the deposit although the lady at the front desk said that the deposit was refundable! We have prove of them asking for proof of income and citizenship up until yesterday, when she decided to cancel the application she was told she has been approved and that she is not getting her money back. Cheryl is extremely condescending and ignorant regarding the immigration status of people. She asked my sister to prove her social security was hers because she wasn’t born in the country and to show her visa even though she is a citizen. Extremely uneducated for a property manager.

Me and my Hubby moved here about two weeks ago and it was an amazing experience even in the middle of covid-19. Tiarra responded quicky to our application, all of our questions, and any concerns. The property is beautiful and very put together. Parking is always open and there is no trash anywhere around the buildings. Great job! So happy to live here.

Worst property management that i ever dealt with. Horrible customer service.they keep pushing your limits till you realize its not worth it to live there.unbelievable

Everything about this property is excellent. The staff is nice and they make sure to get back to you very quickly. Tiarra in the front office is super helpful. Definitely a great place to call home!

So now on week 3 of no contact from this staff and not being able to see the apartment we supposedly rented we decided to cancel our deposit. Instead of returning it they decided to keep our deposit. Gabriel KING and her staff are the worst ever. We called and showed up several times only to be told we can’t see this apartment yet. We are still waiting to hear from the general manager. Instead of helping us they decided to steal our deposit. NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE. ITS OK CHANNEL 8 NEWS WILL. BE THERE SOON TO EXPOSE THEIR SHADY WAYS.

I moved into Bonterra Parc Apartments about 3 weeks ago and so far I’m loving it! The staff has been very friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs. The apartment looked like brand new when i moved in which was nice, all the complex amenities are awesome, and the location is great! Most importantly my 4 year old makes sure to remind me everyday how much he loves our new place! Special thanks to Kelly for helping me out through out the whole process and to Gabrielle for helping with all paper work on my move in day!

My lease ends in November, which will make one year of living here. I’d renew my lease, but I have to move for personal reasons. The office and the buildings were always very clean. The staff were extremely friendly, especially maintenance and Gabrielle from the office. Gabrielle was incredibly responsive to any question or concern I had. The elevator also made living on the floor a breeze. I NEVER heard a single sound from my neighbors coming through the walls. The location of these apartments are totally amazing. The only issues I had were that the gate was constantly out of order and the maintenance team were slightly unhelpful in several situations. Other than that, I’d recommend anyone living here.

Just renewed my lease after a great 1st year! Bonterra has not only delivered but exceeded my expectations. Our neighbors are friendly, the dog park is A+ and parking is a breeze. Kelly, the office staff and the maintenance guys are all friendly and readily available.

WARNING! Signing a lease here may result in never wanting to leave!

I just went for a tour with my daughter yesterday (07/12/19) and the staff there was very friendly, kind, and extremely professional. Gabrielle was “ super “ patient with my daughter answered all questions. We left to look at other places in the area, but BP seemed to be the best fit. The most impressive was our return to view the apartment again, Gabrielle was not there, but apparently left notes and the other leasing agent Kim was extremely kind, professional, and allowed us additional time to view the apartment once again. It seems like a wonderful place to call home!

I walk in the leasing office today, and never was greeted or even acknowledged. The office rep sat the chopping on gum and i gave her the benefit of doubt she might been finishing simething up until she picked her I phone up and started texting, still never leaving the office. I guess black must not he welcome here, i picked up the floor plans and prices and she still never greated me, i walked out and she did even bother trying showing me anything.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The staff’s customer service skills is horrible. They’re unfair with their residents whether you’re new there or you’ve been there for a while their “rules” are ridiculous. Poor communication skills. Dog park is never properly kept, poop everywhere all the time no where to walk and definitely not a place you want your dog running around. The dog wash area never worked the entire time I was there and when notifying the office they did nothing about it. Carpet was dirty at move in and it took 2 months after move in for them to finally do something about it and even then the stain never came out and I was still charged for it! I can go on and on. DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND MOST OF ALL PEACE OF MIND.

I went in a few times to look for an apartment. Gabrielle was very polite and helpful. Multiple times she showed me multiple apartments with a smile on her face. Great looking property and apartments. Pet friendly. Unfortunately they did not have an available apartment for my time frame but Gabrielle was kind enough to update me whenever I asked. Highly recommend to take a look here and put it top of your list.

Just moved in but so far I’ve had a great experience. I love that they have elevators especially since I’m in my 8th month of pregnancy. The application process was a bit complicated due to our circumstance (my husband being out of the country) but Gabi was amazing and accommodated us and made it work so I could move in on schedule. The leasing team as a whole so far have been great, Kelly and Gabi being the most helpful. The community is kept up pretty well and the breeze ways are always clean in my building. The walls aren’t thin so far, granted I’m only one week in. There’s always plenty of parking and maintenance is fast to fix issues. Bottom line I would recommend this community to others! It really is a beautiful complex and great location.

Quite honestly the easiest apartment living experience I’ve ever had. Rarely had to contact maintenance for any issues, and I absolutely loved the office staff.

As I'm reviewing this place I am ten months into my lease. First the looks.when you drive by this location it just looks great! That's what attracted me here in the first place. The amenities and what they offer are great. The pool and BBQ entertainment are is superb. The clubhouse is great, with multiple seating areas, a kitchen, and a pool table. There's a workout room right down the hall of the clubhouse. Other amenities include car wash, dog park, play area for kids, rentable storage on each floor as well as garages. So one of the things that make this place a wonderful place to live is the fact that they maintain the property well! When friends come to visit they always remark on how well my complex looks especially at night. The management staff has always been wonderful to me and I've never felt at anytime that they didn't care about any of my concerns. I love how they have community events albeit maybe they should do one per month instead of only for special holidays (eg. Christmas, Halloween, Back to School, July 4) I missed the Painting and Wine event cause of work wish they would something like this once a month. Can't say enough about the guys that work here during the day maintaining the property. I love my place and I don't regret moving here from Miami.
