Best boost store around. The other stores here in fort Myers/cape coral provided the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with my cell phone. Go out of your way to visit this store

Bad customer service they want me to pay 180 for a phone that they have on the window display for $50 that don't make sense definitely switching to another company

The service here was great.it was really quick and the girl named phoenix who was working helped me with everything I needed.she knew exactly what to do. I will definitely remain as a customer!

OMG do yourself a favor stay away from this place, All they do is lies and try to scam you, Please run.

I was searching for a new carrier to switch my family's lines too and researched online. When I called the store, the gentleman Victor answered and was very knowledgable about all the plans and phones. I then came into the store, the customer service was impeccable. I was educated on how my phones worked and transferring four lines was so simple. I thought it would have been a mess, but I left the store with no issues. They greeted every customer that walked into the store which you don't see much anymore. I would recommend this store to anyone. As far as the Boost service, I love a bill with no surprises.

I used to come to this boost for years an i can say this is one of the worst boost mobile stores ever their management sucks the way the talk to people is rude the tell you one price and end up paying 3x more they charge to put your contacts in your phone most boost do that when u activate or udate to a new phon they never have phones in they charge an arm a a leg for cases that u can get cheaper at another boost if the one girl is working the store is always closed every other 15 minutes i dont know how this store is still open or what happend but ever since they changed staff this store has gone downhill thank god i stopped coming here and you should do the same you welcome in advance.

Worst boost mobile I’ve ever stepped foot in. The decor is outdated and the staff is very very very RUDE. The male employee thinks he’s all that. They scam at this store! Most of the reviews that give them high praise are FAKE! They log into the new customers phones and give themselves 5stars! Don’t trust them for one second. There’s a new boost mobile down the road by Winn Dixie. Go there instead. MK is a doll and didn’t try to rob me either!

The employees were very friendly, but they did not provide all information like how much I was being charged or information about insurance on the phones. I had to ask for this information myself. I was also having issues with getting phones ordered online in the store.

Is on site the day you happen to go but overall I like this location better, very pleasant atmosphere.
