Have been treated rudely by reps at this store a few times. Also, why do they have a phone at a phone store that they refuse to answer? Sometimes customers can't come in to handle things in person immediately and just need a question about their service answered. Guess it's too much to expect from boost. 1 star for being an actual business and 1 for having things people want to purchase. 0 for customer service 0 for convenience 0 for store appeal.

This store's employees are knowledgeable, work tirelessly to help their customers. I bought a new phone, upgraded, and it was painless. Very grateful.

Wonderful customer service by Derek. He was very knowledgeable and was able to correct my phone problem within minutes. Really knew what he was doing, and was very pleasant. Great experience.

This is the only boost store I will come too. Felicity is just awesome with her customer service and her phone knowledge.

Had to get a new phone due to other one crashing.all my contacts.photos.and other info didnt follow to new phone.even had ppl that "knew" what they were doing to help.nothing.i was devastated because we all have pics we cherish and its hard to replace contacts.i went to my BOOST store for one last chance of help and im glad i did! A man named Robert came to my rescue and had ALL my contacts and ALL pics restored to my new phone in like 3 min.and had a finesse and ease about him while he was doing it. I WAS IMPRESSED! Kuddos ROBERT! Hope you stay around

I went to boost after 12 years of being with metro I was happy with metro but when I start moving out of Jacksonville headed towards Miami I found out that metro didn't have Tyler coverage too many dropped calls are couldn't even get a dial tone that's why I want with boost they've been all right

I've been with them probably since high school, I've had different phones, never can complain. The other day I went down there and upgraded my phone, at first it wasn't working in my area. Not going to lie I was a little upset, but I called, the man on the phone was so friendly, and very patient. He texted me a code to fix my phone, and I haven't had a problem since. I actually love my new phone very much. The woman who sold me the phone, she knew so much. Definitely knows her phones! Even stopped me from buying a bad phone that wouldn't work for what I needed it for! Great staff, great place, and wonderful prices including my insurance for my phone.

Robert & Naomy did a excellent job making my phone work. I had a hard time making calls and getting my phone to work & Naomy and Robert made sure I was set and ready to go! 10/10 Awesome Customer Service

The guy behind the counter in put the phone number wrong and because we pay our phone bill early we didn't know until our phone went off when we came to boost Mobile that's when it was brought to our attention and they are telling Us we lost our money they made the mistake and there telling us we lost our money these people are thieves and when we went there to find out what happen They were outside smoking and told us we had to wait until they were finish with there cigarette these people are Very unprofessional and very Untrustworthy I'm taking this Company to Court to get my money back
