Brought a new phone for my girl, up and running in less then 5 min and they gave me a discount.

Went there tonight to purchase a new phone for a Christmas present for my mother. As my family and I entered the store I notice that the lady behind the counter, who later stated that she is the store manager, appeared to be drunk. Regardless, Dan, the other employee on duty offered to help us with our purchase. He did a good job explaining the differences between the numerous phones. Meanwhile the manage was walking in and out of the store and talking to someone on her phone with the phone on speaker which was very distracting and unprofessional. After settling on a phone, Dan proceeded to start completing the steps for me to make the purchase. The manager lady came from the back room with a cup holding it up to Dan asking him to drink some. She was laughing and staggering around and kept asking him to try some. He was laughing at her and repeatedly told her no. Meanwhile we are just standing there watching this show go on for several minutes. I then ask is it possible for them to be any less professional. The manager quickly put the cup down behind the counter and started saying "it's only punch". Dan appeared to get upset by my comment and ask if I expected them to be robots and not have any fun. I told him I just wanted to buy a phone and leave not spend all night watching them play with each other. They both got very rude, Dan asked if I got up on the wrong side of the bed. The insults and unprofessional behavior continued so we left. Needless to say I left without buying a phone and I will never spend another dime in that store. There are numerous boost stores in that area that are friendly and professional. Do not spend your money in this place. It will force the owner to demand better customer service from his employees. I also ask for the managers name but she would not give it to me. Never again will I shop there!
