Star is quite knowledgeable in all devices that are presently available. The one I wanted was not available. She asked a series of questions and directed me to the Samsung A12. The process was hours less than the Hudson location. Highly recommended.

Every time I come in there very rude salespeople! Who act like they don't want to be there. I won't be back I'll go to att first! To the owner hire some decent people you might do better!

My fiancee just got the new Motorola G Stylus 2021 and the representative Star was amazing and very helpful and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful person. If you want someone who treats you like family go see her I would highly recommend her. She is my new best friend. Thank you so much star keep up the good work. We need more people like you.

Got a new phone and went to a different store. The worker there completely messed up my phone. I then went to this Boost store. I am very happy that I did. They are all so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They worked with my phone for over 2 hours and they were able to actually get it fixed for me. I highly recommend this store. Thank you so very much to Cassandra, Jon and Jai! You are all awesome!

8 days ago I walked in to any empty boost store, where I stood alone for 5 mins waiting fot anyone to appear. Actually went as far as walking into the pizza place in the same plaza to ask if they knew what was going on. The man making pizza told me it was the boss man's wife working that day and even looked out back for her. By the time I walked back over, she was there. My phone WORKED but had a broken screen from falling, so I inquired about how to make a claim online and she wrote it all down for me. Fast forward a few days to when my replacement arrives. I take it into the store to be set up, as to not mess things up myself. I deal with Jae and a trainee named Jess. After an hour and a half of trying to get my phone service set up, i tip them and leave; only to have my phone stop making or receiving calls almost immediately after leaving the store. I return the following day;same girls reset my phone.phone still turns to a brick upon leaving the store. I file yet again another claim for another phone. Phone arrived 2 days later. I have now been without service for a week (eventhough I paid for my cell service and an additional $10 a month for insurance). I return to the store a third time now, and this time I deal with John, Jess and Star. I was in the store for over 2 hours and still left without a working cell phone. How is this acceptable? I'm told it's because my phone is 4g and not 5g. However my phone which was the same.model worked JUST FINE with it's cracked screen, until I made a claim and took it in to them to be set up. I'm now being told (after waiting 24 hours for a response) that I just need to buy a new phone. Apparently it's nobody's fault and I pay for service that doesn't even exist. Absolutely let down and beyond aggravated.

The employee working was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer. She was very patient and friendly. Honestly she deserves a raise or promotion.

I was very pleased that we went to this store today met the most amazing women today " Lindsey August " did a great job with me and my husband the past Saturday she went above and beyond I wish Boost had more employees like her! Was at another store at us 19 store 39 that day got the worst service EVER! So bad boost almost lost us as customers BUT Lindsey's service made us stay she is the most amazing person i EVER met boost keep her shes the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Thanks Lindsey ur one of a kind sincerely Kim Bechard

Don’t go there if you call around and definitely called Ocalla market boost mobile’s before you go and spend any money anywhere because their promotions this company is lying about how you have to buy extra stuff to get the promotions you don’t have to if you call any of the Ocalla market stores they will be honest and tell you the exact price as you’re supposed to be spending please don’t go there and get ripped off because like there’s a little five by one get one free they’re trying to charge me y’all to $300 when you should be able to get them both for 150

The only boost mobile location we will go to. The best customer service but only at this location. Val goes above and beyond to help her customers out.this girl needs a promotion. A+ thanks for everything girl. You Rock!
