The system wouldn't take my payment, the associate had to try several times before it would go through boost had system troubles in February and they did keep the service on but it wouldn't let you make payments and when it did let you make payments of course by that time it was past my billing date, so my billing date changed from my original billing date I don't like that, because it's not my fault that the system was down and I've been with boost for over 6 yrs and have always paid my bill on time. If I didn't have so much connected to this number I would go with another cellular provider in a split second which I still am considering.
