Boost Mobile, Spring Hill FL

They make their online upgrade prices look good online but online errors occur so you cant purchase one. They advise you to go into a location where they cant do anything about it accept offer you the phone for money in store.not a happy customer.

I came into this location because I was having issues switching my phone service over to Boost. The employee working, Ashley, refused to even pull up my account and kept repeating that I'd just have to buy a new phone. She didn't try to troubleshoot my issue at all. Save yourself time, skip this location and head over to Brooksville.

Came in last Monday and the girl couldn't help for anything. Came in today to see Denise and got exceptional customer service. Thank you. Will not waste my time coming in unless she's here.

Showed up at 6: 23pm, because it was kind of an emergency; online said it closed at 7pm, even the door says open till 7pm. Place was entirely closed; lights off, alarm set, not an employee in sight. That means the employee just said screw it and left. It's not temporarily closed or anything, someone just got lazy and thought no one would show up.

It was around 6: 30 PM and the store says they close at 7 PM and the alarm and everything was already on and no employees in there

Let me just say this girl knows her stuff. Denise is friendly, courteous and does a great job. She worked so hard to get us the best prices and service. We are very happy customers thanks to Denise. We've been to other locations and haven't had this great service.in a long.time.she's a keeper!

I came in last week on two different occasions and Brianna was not helpful at all. She was in a rush to get us out of the store and push me on.another employee- Denise- I came in today and so very glad I did. She knew exactly what to do and I couldn't be more happy with rhe service she provided. Thank you so much Denise for turning a miserable experience into a pleasurable one. Denise is amazing. She did everything she could to make the transaction go smoothly. She is very knowledgeable not to mention she really cares for her customers. She is the best around. I will go to any store she is at. She was very good taking care of me while multi tasking making sure other customers here were being taken care of too. Highly recommend Denise.

Whenever I have problems with my phone or service I go to boost Mobile specifically to see Denise Dixon, she is the most knowledgeable most friendly and most accommodating employee she knows her stuff, she is my go-to girl

I came into the store hopefully to transfer over to Boost Mobile and upgrade my phone to an iPhone 12 I was greeted with discomfort and a rude woman by the name of Denise who is not only dismissive but unhelpful and talked down to me. Regardless of my age i should expect respect and decency from the employee thats suipposed to help me. I was calm and respectful no matter the situation and kept to myself and left without answers. She had no knowledge of how to get the transfer pin nuimber and account tnumber. The store was unkempt and looked disorganized the time that i came in and spoke to Denise. I had to go to a different location in Brooksville and get the help from a more Pleasant and agreeable young lady and walk through everything Denise couldn't.

The tattooed saleswoman here has the worst attitude imaginable & was no help & lied & gets complaints from everybody she interacted with while I was in the store. Don't use them!
