Boost Mobile, Port St. Lucie FL

AJ, YOU ROCK! My husband, daughter, and I walked in wanting to upgrade her phone, and from the minute we walked up to the outside of the store, he welcomed and greeted us. He took his time explaining the specs of each phone he presented. My daughter walked in with a broken screen phone and walked out with the works on her new phone (which she loves very, very much). Thank you, AJ, for all your help!

Simply wanted to switch my daughter's cell service from Xfinity to Boost, when we left we were told it would be completed within 15 to 20 minutes, that was on 8/30, after several phone calls and confirming all the account information it finally got resolved Friday 9/8. Although the salesman (AJ) was always very polite and took full responsibility for the mistake and the store manager (Giovanni) assisting on the 8th which finally did resolve it, I feel that I'm entitled to either a credit for time the service was supposed to be switched or refund of the $80 it cost to switch it. So far I have not been given anything for my time and my loss of service. Why should I pay for 9 days that no one could use the phone? Very disappointing.

I have came into every location in Port St Lucie to buy blue-tooth speakers, iphone cases, screen protectors, pretty much everything and I've never once had an issue. Definitely a great warm-welcoming environment.
