Sold me a used broken phone I wouldn't trust anything he sells if he can sell something that is broken

This guy is a dishonest theif. I brought my phone in to have my screen repaired and he switched my speaker out for a broken speaker. I was headed down the road when the phone rang and I hit the speaker button, and the volume was barely there.

He admitted what he did and changed the speaker. The replacement was blown out and still does not work.

The screen repair has caused me alot of heartache and this guy does not deserve to be in his own business.

I will be contacting everyone that i can to inform the world what a scumbag this non American person is. Get out of lake county we don't want you here.

This Boost store is privately owned and the staff there is not the most friendly people to stumble across. They don't usually have a very good selection of phones to choose from where most of the other stores try to keep a decent stock up. They also took quite a while to finish setting up my service. There's a popcorn machine in the corner which I've never seen have any popcorn popped inside, which makes me wonder if it's more for show, but it sure makes me want popcorn when I see it. One good thing about this store is they do have a wide variety of laptops, which would be great if they were a laptop store, but they're a phone store. UPDATE: I decided to try out the laptop portion of this store recently and I must say that I'm more surprised and disappointed with this store as a laptop retailer than I seemed to be of it as a phone store. I had some mild issues with the first one I selected and since it was stated at the time of purchase that I would be able to exchange the product if I had any issues within 90 days of purchase, I took it back and traded it out for another one, which he selected without asking me anything further. I had even more issues with his selection, like I couldn't even get it to boot up windows and I, of course, brought it back to him as well. This cycle continued a couple more times and I seemed to have issue after issue with these supposedly refurbished machines, but they all said they were missing a critical system driver when I tried to factory reset them. I'm on my 5th try now and I'm honestly, not very happy at all with this one either, but I'm so tired of restarting and going back there each time, and adding all of my info back into another one every time, that I figure I've settled for this one because it's, let's say.quote, "not as bad as the others. " and that's saying a lot, unfortunately. Sadly, is a no refund policy, which l was informed of during purchase, because I'm sure left here feeling like I got pretty ripped off. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to waste their time or money buying a laptop from this store or the man who runs it, who actually, even became short with me at my 3rd trade in, sighing and telling me that he can't keep trading them in for a different one. He wanted to fix that one for me.until I plugged it in and showed him that it literally wasn't even booting up but when it did at home, it ran at a snails pace and was more aggrevation then it was worth. Walmart sells laptops that work for not much more than the prices he's asking. I suggest you take your business there.
