February 14th, we began our vacation in Orlando Florida and we came across the Boot Factory. You buy 1 pair of boots and get 2 pairs free! I have been looking for a pair of Cowboy boots and I found bunches that I want. JS! With the help of great employee, Kelly Moore I found the perfect pair. Mine of course, were the most expensive at $329.00, so I bought mine and got Cowboy ($300) and my sister Deen ($200) a pair of boots too. A useful souvenir for each of us! Thank you Kelly for all of your help!

Horrible customer service. 5+ employees on floor no one even acknowledged us when we walked in since they are just talking to each other. Went up to the front desk to ask for a size. Lady seemed annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. Waited 10+ minutes while no one even mentioned if they found the size or not. We ended up leaving with nothing. Good pricing, incredible sale of buy 1 get 2 free, helpful staff, huge selection of sizes and styles! I wish I would have found this place sooner!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The store was clean and organized. Will definitely take another trip from south Florida up to get more. You can't go wrong with the deals either.

I guess they are short staffed like everyone by the time I asked for help and they finally came over my husband was ready to leave so we did.

Good deal on boots and work boots. Buy 1 get two for free. Staff was very helpful. Didn't try and overwhelm you. Boots are priced from a little over $100 dollars and up. They have expensive boots on hand, affordable boots and inexpensive boots to fit your budget. You pay for the highest priced pair, then the other 2 pair are free!

Fairly good deal if you are looking or need boots, especially slip ons. You pay the highest sticker out of 3 pairs which appear to be fairly priced.

Selection of boots seems good. If you're looking for cheap cowboy boots this is a good option. Though I bought Wolverine work boots here and they are the worst boots I've owned. Cheap and falling apart inside and out after 1 month of work. Tree work is hard on boots but these were very poor quality.

They say buy 1 pair get 2 free but what they dont tell you is every pair in this place
Is over $600 a pair not a deal over priced

Great place to buy boots.the deal by one 2 free is awesone.
Is my third time buying boots here.
The only thing is they don't sale any more Justin boots size 10 for women. I'm no happy with that.
