How can you let Dr Nau go without letting us patient know that she is no longer with you guys. Her work was phenomenal. She gave me a lot of great advice to make sure my health was on point at all times. I am very disappointed with you guys.
How can you schedule patients with a new doctor (a resident- a student) - going from a female provider to a male provider without notice is disrespectful- I am the patient and
I am being shortchanged and taken for granted. Zero respect for the patient. I will be looking for Dr Nau until I find her

I love this office. I come because Dr Nau is such a GREAT doctor. She knows what she’s talking about and she’s very passionate about what she do. I have gained a relationship with her over the past few years from being her patient. She understands me and allows me to voice my opinions of things but also makes sure she properly educates me on everything that I should know regarding my health. Thank Dr Nau for being such a great doctor and all over great person

The doctor took time which is Dr Archer to explain my test result for my lab work and tell me to my diabetic and my blood pressure how it's working out and all my lab work and he explained detail by detail of what each one mean so he did an excellent job

Great experience in my visit to Borinquen North Miami for my dental appointment. Even before arriving, I was pleasantly assisted by the front desk staff over the phone with instructions on the address the get there. Upon arriving, the young lady was kind and helpful during check-in and paperwork completion since it was my first visit. The place is small but clean and well equipped. The staff is courteous and professional, all the way from the dental assistant to the hygienist, to the dentist Dr. Conde. The administrative process with my insurance went fast and smoothly. I will definitely continue visiting this center.

BORINQUEN health center is govern by a great upper hand staff. Any issue that you may have is rectified immediately.from my experience there goal is to give the upmost care, compassion and community service as possible. I greatly recommend this clinic as your health service provider.this is one place that from The CEO Mr. Paul Velez down to all the department heads are open and willing to speak to there patients/community with any concern or assistance they need.

My general doctor was very helpful with my medical needs.

My visit was for a removal and an insertion of an IUD with Doctor Barnes. He was awesome! He made me feel very comfortable considering I had also just started my menstrual cycle the night before. Not to mention; for most the biggest elephant in the room, he’s a male doctor. I recommend him and this office.

My appointment was with Dr Nau today and it was great. For the first time in a long time her teaching and ways of putting me first was here patient was beyond my expectations. She listens to every detail and guide me with professionalism, and caring. As she listens, she also educate me on what is going on. And help me understand all important matters and how to improve my health through healthy habits. The office is well secure and relax to discuss concerns. Some days here staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Jennifer is very kind and understanding as well as the medical assistant Sika very patient and caring. The lab tech was nice to make me comfortable before drawing blood.making you feel at ease. One particular front desk and also manager definitely needs improvement in get work ethic and needs more professional training base on her job description. If you're going to manage an office do so properly and make sure that your role proceeds you. Anyhow, Dr. Nau is the more efficient doctor that cares for her patient's overall and for that I'm grateful. Thank you Dr. Nau and I hope you do not change and hopefully you can be available throughout The week and not just Tuesdays and Thursdays.
