The staff and Dr Corregidor is amazing. Today everything went well and there was minimal wait time.

Efficient and friendly front office staff. All the nurses were kind, friendly and gentle. The anesthesiologists are kind and gentle as well. The entire staff at Borland Groover - Southside Office provided the highest level of care before, during and after procedure. Dr. Munoz is amazing and cares about his patients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Dr. Munoz and staff very friendly and helpful. I was having some issues and Dr. Munoz didn't stop until he found the out what was going on.

Excellent care. Dr. Etzcorn is the best and the staff are very professional and friendly. They make an uncomfortable situation as comfortable as it can possibly be. Thank you for being willing to have a Saturday option for your patients.

Dr. Martin and Dr. Chau make a great team for my stomach issues. I was given laparoscopic surgery for a perforated hernia and was very pleased with my results.

Super friendly staff. Very efficient, she was quick and did everything that I needed to have done with precision. I can't even begin to describe how wonderful my experience with Border Groover had been. I had an endoscopy this morning scheduled at 7: 20am followed by an MRI and then staff at both locations were very sweet.

Dr. Groover, now retired, but wonderful! Also excellent, cares just as much, is Dr. Anna Corrigedor. Treats u w/respect.

The St. Augustine location is the most pleasant, efficient doctor's office I've ever attended. I didn't have to wait more than 10 mins.for the doctor from the time I entered the building and him entering my room. He came in, shook my hand, gave me eye contact, addressed all issues and asked me if there were any further concerns. I'm 48 years old now and it has been far and few doctors in between that had such excellent and professional bedside manner. That includes the doctors I've needed to take my children to over the years. Dr. Foody and his staff are wonderful. Thank you for always exceeding my expectations! I'd truly recommended them to anyone!

My consultation was with Dr. Kinesh A. Changela. He made me feel very at eased. He addressed all of my questions and concerns in a manner that I could understand. He did not rush my appointment with him and he ensured me that everything will be just fine. His bedside manners are impeccable. Ms. Kiki, Dr. Changela assistant was just as pleasant as Dr. Changela. She took her time and went over my next steps follow-up paper work thoroughly and she was very knowledgeable of any additional questions I may have had. I highly recommend Dr. Changela and Ms. Kiki with Borland Groover Clinic located at 836 Presidential Drive Suite 801, Jacksonville Florida 32207.

I am so thankful for Dr. Comar and his staff! They accommodated me the same day I called and resolved my health issue immediately! Everyone was so nice and informative. They truly care about everyone they see. I recommend Dr. Comar to everyone I know!

Had a wonderful experience today. Although Dr. Kohm was unavailable - PA, Kristen and her assistance were excellent and made me feel as ease. They are both an excellent asset to the facility. Thank you ladies for listening.

My first time doing these procedures. If I ever have to again, this is where I'm coming. Awesome staff and medical personnel. Dr. Ross is the most personable dr I've ever met.

I was having terrible stomach pains and was referred to Boreland Groover. Dr. Misra and staff were very kind and understanding. And thorough on a treatment plan.

I ended up needing a procedure done and was told when I scheduled the procedure “you will have no out of pocket because you have two insurances” On the day of my procedure I was reassured no balance was due.

A month later I got a bill in the mail for $789 and change. I called the clinic and they told me they would send it back to insurance to cover.

They called every 2 weeks to obtain payment. And I reassured them I would not be making a payment due to what I was told previously.

I got a call today and was told that both my insurances applied the cost to my deductible and the $789 was correct and I needed to pay it. I asked why I wasn’t made aware of this on the day I scheduled and the receptionist advised

“usually when someone has two insurances we don’t do an estimated cost cause the secondary covers what the first one doesn’t but this wasn’t the case for you”

I “politely” told her that they needed to reevaluate their procedures because had I known this tidbit of information and possible $800 out of pocket cost I would have looked at alternatives.

Moral of the story- this clinic is mediocre at best when it comes to managing finances and billing. Make sure to request it; because they’ll bite you when they can.

I see Dr. Pineau in St. Augustine he is so very sweet as is the other doctors there. They treat you like family! Would recommend them to anyone. Very careing doctors.

I want to write a review about Holly Roberts. I came today for my last visit with Dr. Goldberg whom I will miss as he has been an excellent doctor who has taken care of me at Boreland Groover for the past years. Holly has been an exceptional nurse to Dr. Goldberg and has been as exceptionally nice and helpful to patients. She is a beautiful woman that has such a beautiful soul and I am going to miss her dearly. I hope you will see the wonderful work she has done at Borland Groover and give her another spot there with one of your doctors. Like Dr. Goldberg who is exceptional and such a rare doctor, it is rare to find someone who has all the great qualities of a nurse like Holly who cares immensely for the patients at Boreland Groover. Hope you will take of her as she is one of yours.

This was my second time having to see Borland Groover in the past 7 years for health issues. The first time my gallbladder was removed, and that process from initial visit to surgery was quick and reassuring. This recent visit was nothing short of amazing. I was able to get an initial visit within the first two weeks of the referral being received. I was greeted by Emily Poland, D. O, and she was understanding, empathetic, and gracious with my care and time. I did not have to wait long to be seen with every office visit, she explained and encouraged questions, and her bedside manner pre and post procedure was kind and professional. I was able to be pain free within three visits (initial visit, procedure, and post op visit). I also love how they don't try to make you come back every 2 months for a follow up visit to get refills on medications. I was told to call back for a refill and make a 6 month follow up to see how things were going.
Lets talk about the procedure day. ALL the health professionals from the check in clerk, pre and post op nurses, anesthetist, and provider treated me with dignity, respect, and patience regardless of how busy their surgery schedule was that day. I was given colored printed photos attached with complete discharge instructions. I left with not one worry or concern. I was still a little loopy from the mild anesthesia, but I do want to thank the post-op nurse that so graciously lubricated my nostrils after the nasal cannula dried out my nose! Once again, Borland Groover provided a great patient experience for our family.

Never go to this place. The doctor did not even call us back with test results. We had to follow up several times. They talk as though we are medical professionals and have all answers

My doctor at this location truly listened to me and my issues. She helped explain things to me and made me feel much better about my situation. Still in the process of figuring out what's been going on, but I am confident that I am in great hands Everyone who works there is so kind. It is a very pleasant place to be given the circumstances of your visit. Highly recommend.

I am pleased with Dr. Pineau's expertise and manner. I have seen him four or five times - for routine colonoscopies and also for complex health issues. I highly recommend him.

The doctor was great. When I needed a script sent to my pharmacy it took me calling 3 times before it was sent. They were suppose call the hospital for another test to be done and said I would hear from then the next day. I waited 2 business day and called the office. They transferred me from one person to another and they told me there wasn't anything about that test. Now I wait until tomorrow and see if they figured it out. I don't usually complain but it is very important to me and my health
