I have been going here for years for all of my window glass repair needs. They are so professional, great people, and comparable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my glass/window essentials. Thanks Marty and all of the Borter Glass family! You all Rock!:)

While they were unable to help, they took the 5 minutes to look and point me to the right glass shop!

Don’t waste your time at this place. Emailed multiple times and traced it out just like they asked and drove all the way out here for them to tell me they can’t do it. Why not tell me that before when I showed the exact piece I needed and talked it through. Useless place find somewhere else to go. Don’t even care much that they wasted my time.

Just had the glass on a framed diploma replaced, I showed up kinda late in the day but they took care of it did an awesome job!

After buying our glass here since 2012, we are done. We own a design and construction firm, and used to buy every project mirror from Borter, and would also refer clients here for their own projects. But after the most nauseatingly rude and pedantic interaction with “Mrs. Borter”, we will never buy from here again. I’m not sure if it’s because I mentioned my wife, or if she’s just this rude to everyone, but what should have been a routine conversation about a bathroom mirror went south quickly. I’m disgusted by their lack of respect and customer service, and will support any glass company that is not them.

Long story short the 2nd piece of glass purchased was not the right size and the worker (Borter employee) confirmed it wasn't the right size. However the owner said it was in the allowable margin of error and could not help.

MOST amazing service and great pricing. I had been planning a major remodel of our condo and needed contractors & furniture deliveries to occur in one day, this past Friday 2/28/20. I walked in/out in 10 mins.today with custom cut 36LX12 W & 36X9 glass shelves for a hutch.cost <$25 and they even put them in my car. I rarely write reviews; but quick & polite service, they thanked me for waiting. And after seeing their showroom, i feel i was treated same as customers who spend thousands of dollars. Thanks Guys.

Support this local business! I had a great experience from start to finish. My job was for three pieces of glass for tabletop protection. I got quotes over the phone for both tempered and non-tempered glass. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote (very reasonable compared to another shop I had called). The work was completed within the expected timeline. The cuts were perfect.

Don appears to be a hot head with the communication skills of a 10 year old. I am a state licensed General contractor. Trust me when I tell you to not wast your time with this company. There are many other glass companies that will treat you with the respect that is lacking at this place.
