From the beginning a great experience! I brought my cousin and aunt to get their hair treatment. Reception was wonderful. Carolyne made us feel welcome and offered us delicious coffees. The stylist Ariane was very informational and thorough, explaining the process and taking her time to do it right. The salon was very clean, and aesthetically pleasing, music was a vibe. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for top quality.

The service here is wonderful! An attention from the other world! The girls explain the entire process in detail from the moment you talk on the phone to the moment you are in the chair! I recommend that you order the cappuccino, which is 100% spectacular. My stylist was Danelys and I loved my treatment! The girls are all very friendly and I was delighted.

Bad customer service They never explained to me what the cancellation process is like They only told me if I wanted to change the day of the appointment but they never told me that if I canceled I would lose my deposit and I canceled a week before my appointment in advance I hope you miss it plus the $50
