Our Realtor was Fonda Renee' Butkiewicz and she was simply amazing. We were so terrified of finding a house out of state in this market and being able to view and secure. Fonda was bright and instantly a friend. She was honest and VERY knowledgeable of homes, the area, as well as things to look for an stay clear of. She would go to houses we were interested in and take videos and point out good things and things she found concerning. She ended up finding us a perfect, spectacular home before it even hit realtor.com. It was a 10! She looked at it first then let us know her thoughts with pictures and video. We came down for the open house, made the offer she suggested as fair yet competitive in the market and the home is now ours. I can't tell you how much she did for us. I am confident she does not sleep much as she is always there for every text or call and constantly researching for you. We love her so much we hope to continue a relationship with her for years to come as a friend and would recommend her and this company HIGHLY to anyone in the market. They are outstanding!

Went against my own practice and used seller's agent, I got what I deserved for neglecting to protect my (buyer's) interests.
I was lied to out right lied to about what I was purchasing. Luxury vinyl plank? Laminate. I asked, repeatedly, to have buyer explain how they planned to repair nail/anchor holes in wall paper. I was repeatedly put off by realtor's claims “she's country, she will do it right”. My reply to that was “if she’s going to put white spackle on the holes I will do it myself”. I guess a buyer's realtor would have been helpful. Do I dare mention the cat box in the pantry, if that's ‘country’, call me a New York yankee any day.

I love the fact that Bosshardt takes care of their customers and care how they feel when something isn’t quite right! They’ll get right on it to your satisfaction! We are very happy to be apart of the Bosshardt customers. Thank you!

After more than 20 years of working out of this Realty company, Susan Baird was told to leave, effective immediately. Bosshardt has the right to release an agents services anytime they like, just as any other real-estate agency has but if you had a contract with Mrs. Baird or where looking for a home with her expertise, I suggest you make sure that Bosshardt Realty has given up their claim on your listing, so that Mrs. Baird can still help you through her new office. If Bosshardt try's to prevent you from relisting again with Mrs. Baird by telling you that your commission percentage will still be paid to Bosshardt Realty even if you relist with Mrs. Baird. Then you take them through hell for their unprofessional actions in ruining Mrs. Bairds livelihood.

Sooo aggravated with this company, i drove 2 hours to come look at a home that i intended on renting just for the realtor to not even show up and show the home. I called the office and realtor multiple times to get in contact with the realtor, i had no response or answer. After doing some research i come to find out the house is no longer listed! The realtor confirmed my appointment An hour before i arrived for that same day just to not show up and not inform me on the house being off the market.
