Boston Lobster Feast, Orlando FL

I mean it was ok but not for the price, the lobster were hard and tuff, lady at crableg counter didn't want to give me 1 more cluster while piling up others plates. I was ok with it though but I won't go back. Parents got their kids up there messing in all the food. A big turn off for me especially when it's a buffet. Place was definitely crowed though and he sat us right on the end in the traffic. But that's ok to I won't go back there.

We went for the first time to this location on vacation yesterday. The waitress was awesome. For the amount of money you pay I would have hoped the food would have been better. The guy that handles giving you a lobster or crab legs has a terrible attitude. You know when you talk to someone and ask how their day is and they don’t respond with a hi or hello or even any acknowledgment. That was him. Asked a simple question and he did the one lip and roll eyes to ask what I said. His terrible attitude ruined the experience completely. Aside from that the waitress was definitely awesome and nice and explained everything to us since it was our first time and the price of the food I felt was overpriced. Save your 140 and go to a nicer restaurant for seafood and a better experience

The hotel I was staying at had some coupons to this place so my wife and I decided to check it out. It was great. The food was delicious and our waitress, Nastya, was super kind and helpful. She even took the time to show us how to get the meat out of the lobster. I highly recommend this place.

They put us 3 older people in the alcove and then surrounded us by a family of 20 yelling people in 5 tables surrounding us. We couldn't hear a thing or enjoy our very expensive meal. Terrible dining experience. Never allow them to seat you in the alcove unless you have very loud children and a very large loud group.

The General Manger Hassan is a crook he overcharged us for our meal that was supposed to be 111.02. We got the bill for 190.76. On top of his rude attitude his math was incorrect. This restaurant was a rip off. However on a good note our waitress was amazing. Never again Orlando!

This was a unique experience. There so much variety of food, it was hard to choose what to have. I think my favorites were the lobster, the shrimp and scallop scampi and lastly the smoked salmon. The service was great, our waiter handled our large party quite well. There were 17 of us! Would definitely go again and recommend Boston Lobster Feast to others.

Was a great experience as always - Just skip entire time of pasta or all else and go get your lobsters & claws. Once you finish your initial 3 plates of lobsters you can get some ahi tuna and other items so your not full to eat what really matters.

Went in here with my husband for dinner and We should've just ate at home. We spent over $200 on 2 people. The selection wasn't great, cold food. The lobsters were not worth eating. Very rubbery, they were over cooked. I enjoyed the crab legs and that was all. The drinks are way too expensive for the amount they give. Nearly $15 for a small weak drink. Our server was prbly the highlight of the meal, very accomodating, attentive & cheerful. Otherwise not a pleasure. First and last time here!

Mariem was our server and she was phenomenal! Very sweet, attentive and helpful! She never stopped smiling! The General Manager was also very nice and out on the floor kicking butt with the rest of the crew. I’m in the restaurant industry and we are our worst critics! It’s rare to find both anymore. We will be back! Thank you guys!:)

Service was great, our waitress Bella was awesome, she was very kind and on top of everything, but, the food was nasty, the only think we liked was the drinks, it was our first time and we never ever go back.

How can you rate the atmosphere when our waitress was rude from once she sat us down. Daniella was the absolutely worst of all. And to add insult to injury. The OVERSIZED LOBSTERS were tough as NAILS. THE MEAT WAS SOOOO CHEWY AND TOUGH A PARTY OF FOR OUR BILL TOTAL $160.00. Each AND FOR WHAT. THE DRINKS WERE WATERD DOWN CHARGED $14.50 FOR A FAMILY DOLLAR GLASS. THE WORSE EXPERIENCE BY FAR ON OUR VACATION FROM TEXAS. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME VISITING THIS OVER PRICED BUFFET. THE CRAWFSH WERE TINY. THE SHRIMP WAS OVER COOKED. YOU'D BE BETTER OFF AT A LOCAL CHINEESE BUFFET AT LEAST THE FOOD IS TASTY. AND SERVERS FRIENDLY. AS FAR AS MR. JAFAR. HE DIDNT EVEN ASK TO ADJUST OUR BILL DUE TO THE FACT WE HAD POOR SERVICE FROM HIS UN TRAINED STAFF, HE SMILED AND STATED "NEXT TIME I WILL GIVE YOU A HUGE DISCOUNT"
WHO WOULD GAMBLE AND RETURN HERE TO SPEND MONEY? IF I COULD, I WOULD NOT BE GIVEN ONE STAR. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE WAS AN ALL TIME DISTASTEFUL LOW.

65 dollars per adult. There are some coupons that's available but the manager is very strict about using it such as it shouldn't expire and we should provide physical copy to redeem it.
Lobsters were very fresh and tasty. Our server, Bella, was a sweet young lady with speed and courtesy.
I came here a couple of times before, and i remember they used to have crab cakes, but they got rid of it, so i was a little sad.

Food on Buffet is good. Lobster is pretty good but some are very tough, so I'm assuming they are overcooked. The lines are crazy for the buffet and you have to wait in line every time and go through the entire buffet selections just to get to the lobster at the very end even if your ONLY getting lobster. I feel they need to change that but I also feel they do that on purpose hoping people will grab other items to fill up on along the way or just grow tired of the wait and settle for otter items. Be forewarned the dessert section of the buffet isn't worth your time or money paid, it is nasty! I only would recommend having the key lime pie squares and the pecan pie squares. I've tried every dessert and every thing else is gross. With all the major price increases, in my opinion, not really worth it anymore. And I love lobster and snow crab. If you do it for the snow crab mostly then it may be still worth it since your not limited to how much you get every time you go up for more whereas the lobster you are only allowed one (and they are small) per person each time you go up to get more from the buffet. Don't expect to get out the door for less then $150 for two people if you don't have a special coupon or discount (and that's with only selecting water to ḍrink) as they no longer run early bird specials and it now has gone up to $64.95 per person. You can however get the best discount once per year during the week of your birthday and a few other discounts during the year by joining their free club via their website and entering your email and birthdate but be sure to do this at least a month or two before your birthday to ensure your registration takes effect in time. They have several locations but Orlando is still the best one food as well as atmosphere. And last but perhaps most importantly you DO NOT want to be seated anywhere along the outer perimeters of the layout unless your on the left side of the restaurant when coming into the main entrance or the middle because any other spot will guarantee you to have people lined up for the buffet just beside the entrance to your booth thus blocking you from getting in and out with ease and creating the ever so present and extreme lack of personal space and any form of privacy while you Dine and or people beside you watching you eat while they are waiting to be seated (bar area which also has a dining area and is ever so inconveniently placed just beside the main entrance where people pack in waiting to be seated which can be a minimum of 30 minutes). Everything was actually really good and clean! The lobsters are what you expect from a buffet. The ppl giving this place such low ratings are comparing a buffet lobster to a 5star restaurant it just doesn’t compare. If you want some good lobster crabs and crab legs plus much much more come here but expect to eat buffet food not a 5star prepared meal. The only downside is that kids don’t have a big selection to choose from. I wish they had some chicken nuggets or some pizza other than that thank you for the experience!

Most food seemed reheated from a previous day (crab legs). Some was over cooked. Grit all in the oysters Rockefeller, sad dessert bar, wayyyy overpriced for what was offered. Money was not the problem. Food quality was just not good enough. Worth ten per plate due to quality/freshness. Lobster was tough like it was over cooked. No flavor to the prime rib. Some menu items listed online were not available. Loud in there. Photographer was a bit pushy. Our server Cindi was great. We got there not long after opening.

All you can eat Maine lobster and snow crab. They had grilled mahi mahi on the buffet. You can't go wrong. If it's seafood, it was there. They also had Prime Rib all you can eat. The service was impeccable, our glasses were kept full and the shell bowls removed regularly. We had a great time and enjoyed some fantastic seafood.

What an amazing birthday dinner - If you want lobster don't go pay for it locally at a restaurant to get a single lobster ever again. $65 per person but after 5 lobster tails, a dozen claws and crab legs you are set! Make sure to not worry about eating anything except for the initial 3-plates of lobsters and crab 1st then add some tuna or anything else you want. Expect to sit relax and eat for awhile.

This is a seafood lovers paradise. I am seafood lover from the shrimp to the clams oysters lobster etc; delicious! Highly recommended. Did not care for the server was not to friendly and asked if she can keep the change. 8 think the tip was enough and had the audacity to ask 8f she can keep the change. Really? Will not stop from coming back.

Our waitress was Wendy and she was amazing super sweet, on top of everything, she made sure our drinks never ran low our plates were always cleared helped put the bib on my daughter, and just had a very kind personality, the camera lady was also super sweet, I didn't catch her name but she was very bubbly and friendly, it was my first time eating here with my family and will definitely return on my next trip to Orlando
