Boston Lobster Feast / Bourbon Street Cajun Boil, Kissimmee FL

Service was lovely and you definitely get in seafood what you pay for. The prime rib that was advertised on Google honestly just tastes like roast beef -cooked with dry heat and no outer crust- not at all like genuine prime rib. The beef portions are very small, left more to be desired but at least it's all you can eat. It's not the best seafood or surf 'n turf experience I've ever had, but if you're in the mood for filling up on lobster and snow crab without paying a fortune, this is your slice of heaven.

Seafood, soups and side galore. Lobster is fresh and from the east coast no gamey or fishy taste. Staff is so polite you will work out that 25% tip

Great Buffet to eat at if you find yourself in the area. Whole Lobsters? On a Buffet the first and only time I have seen that in my travels. Great service as well all around a pleasant experience. I would definitely go back!

3 is very generous. Baby chicken lobsters, bland at best seafood. Nothing really wild caught for this price.

It wasn't bad but nowhere as good as i expected. Raw clam bar i wouldn't go anywhere near though.

Their lobsters are small but still great. Their smoked salmon is a nice touch, absolutely good. The fried calamari is also much better than other places - they use less flour but more seasoning. Very impressive. Besides seafood, they have steak, some short ribs, for someone who doesn't care for lobster. Also I would suggest not coming if you don't care for the lobsters. You pretty much pay 2-3 times the price of normal buffet here ($60/adult at the time we went)

Since the price per adult is a lot higher than a normal buffet place, people tend to tip based on the amount on the bills. Which is usually 2-3 times more than usual. But the waiters there are nice (go figure). Unfortunately, we had a friendly but not very good at his job waiter. He's cool and nice and all. But he didn't clean the table often, didn't bring us the hand-wash water like other table, he didn't even bring the empty bowl for us at the beginning. We had to grab them from other tables.

But overall, the service was nice. We just got unlucky to get a not-so-great one. The food is decent beside the obvious reason to come - unlimited lobsters (one lobster per trip, have as many as you like, but one per trip)

Delicious and great value for your money. I went to the one in Kissimmee florida orlando area. And my waitor was Hafid and he was excellent. Treated us like we where special. I did not have to ask for drinks or napkins or to empty our shell bowls or anything he was on it. He cared and went above and beyond. Now the restaurant. Food was great. Needs a little upgrading but ok. Bathroom mens was ok but needed touch up. Womens was ok said my wife. The mens had an awesome and rarely seen handicap toilet stall with its own sink and paper towels and trash. It was cool and very thoughtful for wheel chair access. The mascot car was cool but needs and arm fixed. I would definitely come back and i would always sit where ever Hafid is my waitor. Customer service is my pet peeve and they had first class service. So for that alone ill come back.

Service was pretty good. Staff were very nice. But 5 out of 11 people (all adult) got stomach bug after eating their sushi after couple of hours. Lobster taste was kinda dry but it was worth a money. I wouldn’t go back there ever again.

Biggest waste of money in my entire life. The food was not fresh AT ALL. The selection was decent but the quality for $70 per person was absolutely terrible. You can go a block down the road to Volcano BBQ and get all you can eat for $30 per person and the food is way more fresh. I just expected way better for that price. The pictures look great but when you get there, you’ll see the seafood dried up and cold. Definitely never going back

Place is dirty, food sucked, over cook any nasty, wife only had fruit and few thing off the buffet and threw up all night, I would never go back and don’t know how anyone could like this place
