Boston Market, Boca Raton FL

Awesome manager, but the place seemed "sad, " and they had no chicken! The soft drinks were just water! Syrups were not replenished. On the plus side, the sides are still delicious.

Went in person last week for Chicken Pot Pies and they responded that they were out. Today I ordered online for Pot Pies at the same restaurant, payment went through so I imagined that they would have. Get to resto and they responded that they had none. I asked for refund and got a response that they do not refund. After 10 minutes a worker answers to go online and request a refund. There is no way to request a refund online. Lost $40. Last time at this restaurant. I drove 25 min to another location and they had plenty to offer with a great smile.
Boca is not a location for four next visit.
If I could give no star I would have.

This used to be a great little place to catch a quick bite. Now it has completely changed. I felt as though the woman was giving me the least amount of food that she could. I wondered is she going to weight the creamed spinach? It took another person to cut the turkey (very sparingly).

I have been going there for over 15 + years. That was my last time.

The food quality was dismal, the portions are not what I remember. So I am done with it. Additionally the price quadrupled. Never again!

1st went to the Boston market In margate. It was ran down so left. Looked up another Boston market and decided to make the drive to Boca. Bad idea, i feel that what once was a nice restaurant chain is now a horrible ran down one. Bathroom was disgusting and only had 1 working toilet in the ladies room. The ac was broken so it was hot with 2 fans blowing hot air. Tables were not cleaned, dining area definitely ran down. Only seen 1 person working, he was nice but not very clean. Got a half chicken meal. Chicken wasn't fully cooked, steamed broccoli (they no longer have steamed mixed vegetables) was cold. Didn't even eat half of my meal. Don't think I'll ever eat at a Boston market again. Ran down, poor quality restaurant.

Disgusting. The food was horrible and this is my 3rd time there. The macaroni was disgusting, mashed potatoes was edible. Chicken was ok. I’m not wasting my money at a place where I can’t ENJOY my food. Unfortunately I had to force myself to eat it since I was on lunch and time is limited. They got me feeling like Boston market is falling off. This location sucks. Also there was an old lady working there she had no idea where anything was, she couldn’t even make my place properly she was picking out the wrong containers to put the food in. Not going back.

Terrible. No Turkey? ! I settled for the meatloaf. Huge mistake, i was deathly sick the rest of the day & night.

Mistaken orders, Dry food, Manager can barely carry on a conversation in English.and lies about making good. Shut it down.

Good food at cheap prices. Service is fair. Its their supply chain, not their employees who try their best. Sometimes they don't have wanted products.

ALWAYS gets my order wrong.employees don’t even bother to let you know they are out of something they just guess and substitute it with whatever they feel like.the dinner i bought tonight was ruined when they substituted the mashed potatoes for creamed spinach? Which my daughter is allergic to.

Yk I love Boston market but now I’m starting to hate it! I went there a few weeks ago and got in line started Ordering my food the lady who took my order has a very nasty attitude I was gonna report her but didn’t because I forgot honestly after experiencing that it made me not want to eat there again basically lost my appetite attitude was very nasty and made me wanna want my money back

I was surprised that the chicken cost as much as it did and they didn't seem to have a full complement of side dishes

Unfortunately not hard to see why it's got a 3.8 rating at the time of this review. From employees playing on phone's in the dining area to the luke warm food at best and topped off with no a/c or just plain sweaty. Is this owner for real. I should have just rolled the dice with McDonald's. Hey I may trash this and do that anyway. Shame on this owner. My last experience was similar and I had hoped it was just a fluke. Everyone has a bad day but this is about the most uninviting place I been to in a while. I won't even bother trying to come back. Not sure what's in this garlic dip but it's smells to awful to try it. Feet sticking to the floor the entire length of the food line. I mean really, I just can't stop with how bad it is. Crazy

The management here is terrible I seen people not being helped while she was on here phone employees using fowl language in front of customers terrible should be closed.

They were literally cleaning in the kitchen spraying bleach and all kinds of other stuff while my food was on the counter right there are you serious? I threw it all away and didn't even eat it

Ordered from active menus for pick up. Bbq chicken ordered with extra sauce on side, chicken came plain. Mashed potatoes ordered with gravy on side, potatoes came with gravy on top. However, most disappointing was that corn bread was absent.

There's something always going on at this location. Either they are short staffed, ran out of items, lobby closed and online orders only for what ever reason, credit card machine broken, store is closed, etc.

I am amazed. I didn’t want to complain for gravy for mashed potatoes and I was rewarded with a free meal. God bless this man who was on lunch duty.

The actual charge was $140.22 (including a tip) but my credit card was charged $141.22 as if 15 side orders of sweet potato was not expensive enough.

Amazingly courteous, efficient, & service. Restaurant was clean

Nice to see a few Boston Markets are still around. Good meatloaf, could use a few veggie options for sides.
