Boston Market, Pembroke Pines FL

Was ok not everything was available the guy taking my order made great suggestions the rest they didn't have was just unfortunate, like no deserts available. The order was correct this time a well. And the cashier was polite.

Tried to order some food at 9 o’clock four members that were working saw me pull up and shut the lights off I proceeded to call the store and they said they were closed. If you don’t want to work why show up? These are the two that ran to the lights and turned them back on when I pulled off

If you’re paying with a credit, make sure you check your account. They might double charge you

They have no staff i had 2 qalk up 2 get some food i drive a tow truck n I can't take it in he drive thru

All I can say is wow nasty. I ordered the new potatoes and they were not cooked still raw. Ordered meatloaf that had hard pieces inside of it. The only reason I gave it a one star was because the corn bread was not bad. Will never come back.

I love the food but they can do some improvement on the service. We need Starbucks customer service, people dont even say thank you. It’s like ok get you food…bye.

Went near dinnertime, around 6PM. I guess they do a LOT of online orders because they weren't stocked up yet.

Staff is nice, though a was a bit rude/visibly annoyed at the person with me who is hard of hearing.

Food was fine, definitely fresh due to the wait (lol.)
And with all the waiting, the rest of the staff was very kind.

Service was really fast. The rasberry-lemonade was so delicious! And as always the food was enjoyable and tasty. This location is one of my favorite Boston Markets.

Friday night, 7pm, pretty empty parking lot, cars in drive thru. NOT ONE PERSON GREETS YOU WHEN YOU PULL UP TO THE WINDOW. Patiently wait 6 minutes for NOTHING! Reverse out, pull to the front and employee casually just sweeping the dining room with a headset on. I head on over to the other food spot in the same plaza. Whoever is managing this store FIRE THEM! Whoever is the GM of this region, GET THIS STORE RIGHT!

So rude & unprofessional can’t count I don’t know why they have her at the window rushing us and the food wasn’t ready and the time at the window was going up while she had us there and didn’t give me my change and I ordered all dark meat and she gave me white and charged me for lemonade I didn’t order.

Great food, good customer service. My most recent visit was to the Pembroke Pines location. Malcolm is the prime example of what a representative of the franchise should be. Thank you.

Place seems a bit run down, food looked as it was sitting for hours. Staff was not the friendliest and prices seem a bit high. Hadn't been there in years might try again in another year or so.

I was driving back to work after running an errand so I decided to treat myself by eating a burguer with fries (I usually bring healthy foods from home for lunch). I drove by to what I thought was a Wendy's and after getting in the drive thru I realized it was a BM. I decided to give a try and ordered a chicken sandwich combo (fries & a soda). After paying and reaching the pickup window they were bagging my order so I asked for extra napkins. To my surprise: no napkins and no fries. Instead the girl gave me a serving of rice! The chicken on the chicken sandwich was a chunk of boiled-tasting chicken served on a soggy cibatta style bread, for which I was charged $12 (tax included). What an experience!

Avoid this place like the plague. I ate here last night with my wife and we both have food poisoning - about 2-3 hours after we finished eating we both began throwing up for most of the night. Don't risk your health to eat this trash

Don’t get food from this location. Me and my girlfriend ordered two days in a row through ubereats and both were cancelled by the store. Last night we went through the drive thru around 9: 30pm and the employee was rude taking our order. It’s just not worth it.

Well, I ordered through DoorDash the chicken and got meatloaf. I called the manager at this location and all she could do was argue. She actually told me it would be better for me to come to the store than order delivery! Are these people that incompetent? This manager is probably the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with!

First time going to Boston Market. I ordered 2 meals to go. They packed it all up but unfortunately when I went to pay i didn't have my wallet. It took 15 minutes for my friend to bring my wallet. I figured the food was now cold. But no, they were so kind to make me 2 fresh meals without asking. Now that's good customer service! Oh and the food is delicious! Chicken is always juicy. Better than pollo tropical. I'm now a definite customer.

I purchase a pot pie and it was not cooked properly. It was dry inside no juices, the crust was undone and dough tasting. Worst ever. Very unsatisfied with the whole meal. It was a waste of my money. Never will I eat here again.

Drive thru can be slow if you order something other than chicken or turkey. Waited 15 minutes ar the window after paying. Plus another 7 minutes in the line to place the order.
