This place it’s a bad place, not recommended they don’t know how to do anything, and the guy it’s a fraud, he want go sleep with me, fresco y atrevido

My experience is bad! I just sent my brother to buy me some things that I need because I live in another country and they would send them to me with one person. Well there were more than 10 minutes to close the store and the girl did not want to sell because she had her box made if her schedule is supposed to be until 6 in the afternoon if they closed before communicating it to the client because this is called lack of professionalism. Sincerely very disenchanted of this site the truth that the Cuban or even leaving Cuba changes

First off as soon as I walked in they were playing Reggaeton I’m like what kind of place is this playing this kind of music even though I like Reggaetón but I’m just saying supposed to be a religious place. No one welcomed us in or anything. My boyfriend and i wanted to buy some necklace there that were blessed we don’t know much about this religion but they want to charge us $30 for a necklace I’m like no they are rude let’s look for options so we go to another Botanica near the area and they charged us $3 a necklace the other place did a ceremony for him It felt spiritual there it’s felt like the real thing unlike this place the people are so rude a dog greets better then they do. This botanica was definetly the cleanest and most enjoyable religious store i have gone to. The staff made sure all of your questions were answered.

Out of every botanica I have gone to, this had the absolute best service and prices out of all of them! The cashier was super nice and helpful, and wasn't rude whatsoever. The readings were super helpful and the Babalawo was very experienced.
