We arrived at 2: 30 they are not serving lunch at that time, so they offered us to eat by the bar, limited choices on the menu.the food was ok expected more flavory food and more moroccan food options.

The place is beautiful and the service is beyond reproach. The food was excellent and we had a very large party. Specifically their grilled lamb chop a la grecque and Catalan grilled hanger steak was scrumptious. Also, need to try their gambas al ajillo.

Service is not good. They take forever to bring the food and when they do is cold and on the wrong term. I had lamb chops and they were rare when I asked for medium. Also really cold. All the plates on the table were cold. This restaurant is overrated. Also really expensive for the bad quality of the food

Food was barely edible. Everything on our plates seemed old and had minimal flavor. Atmosphere is cool, but that’s about it. Doesn’t belong in a JW Marriott.

I put one star only because I had to, but I would rather put 0 stars. Walked in with high hopes because the place is cute and the atmosphere is nice. It’s seems like it caters to a nicer level of clientele. Sat down at the bar for brunch, after a clearly exhausting night of being on the town- the bartender offered us water right away, which was the end of our service experience at Boulud. Took him about 30 mins to come back and ask for our food order. Ok, he’s one man at the bar, but dude, was clearly not aware of the customers sitting right in front of him. Other than taking our order, he never once came back and checked on us, even for drinks, which would seem instinctual to him. From the moment we sat down until we realized that the food was clearly not on its way was an hour and 15 mins. Given the fact that we were the first customers to sit at the bar at the beginning of brunch and the place was not packed, I was appalled at the lack of interaction and basic level of service. Never got the food because we decided to leave after waiting OVER an hour and then some so I can’t give an honest review on the quality of food, it’s a shame. I’m not even sure they have a kitchen and I will never know. Hopefully, they get their act together because the place is cute, but the service is subpar and does not cater to the clientele they are trying to attract. I’m still famished writing this review.

We were overall disappointed with our meals. The poached eggs were not cooked properly. The yolks were set and the whites were runny! It seemed as if the eggs were not made to order, but prepared in advance. The arugula salad on the plate had no dressing. The potatoes were barely warm, not crispy and appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp. We also had the basket of warm Madelines which were not Madelines at all! Service was okay at best. Way over-priced for the quality of food we received from a Michelin starred chef.

Late post, sep 20, we visited the bar first, interesting cocktail and tapas menu,
We ate the patatas bravas and fungi mushrooms croquets.
Then we moved to the restaurant, we asked for the miami spices menu, as a courtesy the restaurant bring to the table a croquet a sampler and gazpacho, great service of the sommelier, we order a Malbec wine bottle (middle price), so we ordered for appetizer the patatas bravas with veggies (like ratatouille) that come with poached egg on top, next appetizer was the lentil salad, for main course we ordered the seabass with tomatoe sauce and the Ossobucco with pesto risotto, for dessert the fruit parfait and the chocolate volcano cake (this was the star of the night) (what a delicious chocolate dessert)
In general nice atmosphere and great service starting with the hostess who gave us a warm welcome, also the valet parking guys are very attentive.

Fantastic service and delicious food! Stopped by for their Miami Spice menu, and their osso buco was one of the best I've ever had. The bone marrow was incredible!

Enjoyed this. Food was good. Service was fairly attentive. We would have definitely come back in the evening to enjoy the bar if we were staying longer.

We sat at the bar while waiting for our event to begin. The bar staff was attentive and personable. We have events here about twice a year, and we keep going back to this restaurant for the service at the bar because of Natalie.

Exceptional service and very good food. Restaurant was freezing and prices were very high for the food and drink offered.

My wife and I recently had a wonderful date night at Boulud Sud. We took advantage of the Miami Spice menu. The quality of food was excellent. Portions were solid. Service was excellent - thank you to Marianna & Robert the sommelier for 1st class service. They have a serious wine selection. I'm going to come back for happy hour to explore the wine as I was drinking some delicious draft beer with dinner that really complemented the meal. The space is really cool - love the Vik Muniz artwork and the bar. Side note - I had previously eaten here when it was DB Bistro and the burger was ridiculously decadently incredible. Chef Daniel Boulud definitely knows what he is doing - he runs a tight ship. Thank you - we'll be back.

I had lunch at the bar and it was delish. The bar area is gorgeous. The lamb meatballs were surprisingly moist and flavorful. It was Nathalie's first day behind the bar and she did excellent. Very friendly and her drinks are delicious. Will definitely be back

This place is so chic! I absolutely love the decor, but the beautiful decor does not mask the amazing service! Everyone here understands hospitality and strives to make your visit the best it can be. I came here for brunch a few minutes before closing. I felt awful about it, but they happily sat us my party and treated us delightful. The omelette was tasty and the potatoes were crispy. They have a large wine list which topped off our experience. It is hard not to feel happy in this beautiful restaurant. Highly suggest!

It’s a rip off place!

Their menu is so simplistic!

We went there to celebrate our son’s 30 birthday. They offered complimentary desert. There were four of us.

I was the one paying the bill. It was ridiculously high even for a pricy French restaurant! Over $375!

I decided to check the bill, called them up the next day and asked for a printed detailed check. After much effort the detailed order was emailed to me.

They did not tell us that the 18% service was included. They added several dishes we never ordered. They charged us for complementary desert. They added another one, which we never ordered. They charged an account fee!

They overcharged us for $90!
I give them one star because we got our money back. (It took me a couple days of sending threatening emails, but, at least it was resolved.)

It’s time for Boulud Sud to get audited.
Check all your items carefully, and don’t forget 18% service fee is already included in your bill!
