First time jet skiing and i must say the best experience ive had wit these gentlemen. From start to finish, Elvis was amazing from start to end, greeting, service and info, Chris was awesome! Thanks for the tour and info given.

Excellent experience and great staff. Mia was great checking us in and Doug was a terrific guide (knew the city like the back or his hand, and was very kind and helpful). Took the jet ski tour, highly recommend.

Tiffany was extremely helpful and funny. Doug was an amazing Instructor, gave us some POI’s when we were whipping our jet skis around. Overall 10/10 experience.

It was a lot of fun, the staff is friendly and professional.
My only suggestion is that they should offer water to the customers.
Also make sure to bring your credit card and ID.

9/10 experience. My fiancé and i have been dying to jet ski and we finally found a jet ski rental place that didn’t give you the run a round to book one. Upon arriving, you have to take a boating exam which is pretty easy. When we arrived there was a young lady at the window who didn’t acknowledge us for about 5-7 minutes, so we figured since the gate is open maybe you have to come around the other side, but when we tried that she got a little snarky saying to come back to where we just were. I said aloud we were just right there and you didn’t care to say anything to us. No hello, no I’ll be right with you, nothing. After that, we were assisted by who I assume to be the manager and he was super friendly and helped me gain clarity on the service charge that was added to our total. I signed up for the 1 hour for $200.00 and ended up paying altogether $223.80. Our jet ski instructor was super nice as well and he took great photos and videos of us for tips. He was very knowledgeable of the Star Island homes and really got to know us and about our stay. Id recommend everyone to try jet skiing at least once. It was our first time and we loved it. I’d give this place a 10/10 if the young lady was a little more customer service oriented in the beginning.

Had a great experience here! Tiffany was very helpful throughout and was a pleasure dealing with. She’s the nicest person I’ve met in Miami so far! Other than that jet skiing was amazing and the staff out on the water is great! Definitely recommend this place! Oh and don’t forget to reach Tiffany for all your need she’s THE BEST!

My boyfriend and I came here, booked a ReC Jetski for an hour. It was honestly a great experience from the moment we got there until we left. Tiffany was very accommodating and so kind! Doug was great as well. He was our safety guide and going there I was pretty afraid, as it's been a while since I've been on one, but made me feel safe with him around! We got to see some great houses along the shore and there wasn't too much boat activity so the water was calm. Definitely recommend!

Do not use BOO YAH Watersports! We were expecting a tour and and, wow, we got a race behind a teenager doing over 70 mph and attempting to do tricks the whole time. The kid was extremely disrespectful and would use his ski to splash us and other customers in the face. It was exactly the worst experience I could have imagined. If the kid wasn't a kid I may have taken matters a completely different way. Please find another ski rental place. DO NOT GO HERE. There is another place just across the bridge. Do not use BOO YAH Watersports!

We had a blast. Paid 100$ per 30min of jet ski including taxes, no hidden charges. Juan and blue were very helpful and cooperative, both of them made it so easy and fun for us, Juan even took pictures after they were closed 5/5

The experience was amazing! Matt specifically and team were very accommodating and helpful. We arrived on short notice with a reservation and had not filled out the boating license and Matt was helpful and made sure to get us in on time for our original reservation. No complaints. Very helpful and great experience! Will be back

Don’t go this company makes it complicated to start riding. Most companies give you an answer sheet for the boating examination. Most people on vacay do not want to spend time studying material just 30 minutes of riding. Ridiculous! It’s a scam brothers and sisters take your business elsewhere.

We decided to go for a ride with our friends, came to find out the opening hours, we were told that the last race was held from 4 to 4: 30, we returned by 4: 07 and we were refused.saying we were late.it was not pleasant

Best tour I’ve been on! I went with a group of friends after booking our jet skis online. Staff was nice and gave fun facts about the locations we saw on the way. Will have to come back and try their two hour jet ski tour!
