Front office staff is very welcoming and friendly. Quick appointment times and accurate service. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing services.

Had a great experience here this week. Had an MRI & the process was seamless. The staff dealt with all my insurance issues & although they were busy. I was in an out quickly without incident.

Getting imaging is never fun. Bowes made an uncomfortable situation really comfortable. The staff, facility and everything made going nice. Thank you!

Have had X-rays, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammogram & bone density at Bowes. Well managed.

This place is bipolar. You'll either have a great or awful experience. Doctor told you to have a scan in which you drink the dye/contrast liquid? They forget to give you it even after you tell them. Doctor told you that you are getting a scan without contrast dye? They give you dye liquid to drink. Wth.

Bowes Imaging on Cortez Rd, Bradenton, left me feeling disappointed today. I have been a customer for many years. The last 2 years I was going every 3-6 months getting a diagnostic mammogram and a diagnostic ultrasound due a something found on my beast. Tomorrow 2/8/24 @ 8: 30 am was supposed to be my last f/u diagnostic mammogram and diagnostic ultrasound. I changed employers and although my benefits have started I haven't received my FSA card in the mail. So I asked to pay a partial amount on the $400 plus deductible and then return once I have my card (this week or next week) to pay off the balance, that was at 4pm. I was told the person that handles the billing/insurance would call me back as she just stepped out of her office but was returning. No one called back so at 7: 19 I called back, and was told that person had left for the day. I expressed my disappointment in the customer service from a company I trusted. I advised to cancel my appointment and I would reschedule at a different imaging company and I planned to make some reviews expressing my disappointment. At 7: 43 pm I get a voice message l from Melissa the Office Manager stating there prices are a low as they could go and they can't do a payment plan. I called Melissa back and advised her I had already cancelled the appointment and I never asked the price be lowered or to make a payment plan. Again this shows the lack of active listening skills and customer service. Melissa should of spoked to me prior to leaving a voice mail because her understanding of what I inquired was completely wrong. As a Social Worker that is something I would never have done. I hope this review leads to better training of staff.

I was referred to Bowes by my chiropractor for an xray as I have been having issues with my sciatica. The facility was clean and easy to access. My tech Maddy was absolutely amazing I felt that she was very thorough with my X-Ray. Shout out to Melissa for coordinating my insurance and getting back with me about payment. The front desk girls were friendly despite being so busy, they checked me in and made sure I got into my appointment and at the end of the day that's all that matters for me! I just feel that there are people coming in for all different types of reasons so a friendly demeanor and patience goes a long way. I work the front desk so I know how it gets. 5 stars! Nice work!

JOHN, was absolutely just Amazing, he made the whole ultrasound comfortable. The whole thing was just a very comfortable visit. He has a great personality and knows a lot in his 25 years of service. Thank you so much for making this a great experience for me.

The girls who work here always are helpful and make you feel at ease if your having a Mamagram. Easy to find as it's located right on Cortez Road. Plenty of car spaces.

Used to love this place, there are a lot of places you can go without having to
Wait so long or bullied. The techs are wonderful, the customer service is the opposite. They even admitted they are Unprepared, rude and gossipy.
It was So disappointing today. I Watched them and heard them talking about me because I had questions about my treatment and insurance coverage. And Just so you know; people are not stupid, they hear and see everything. Especially if you’re dumb enough to leave the window open on the opposite side of the waiting room.trinity was one of them and about anything, especially if she admits that she only been there a few days…. Shame on all of you front desk! This is in the last time I come there.

I went today 18/12/2023. I had to have a detailed cat scan. I unfortunately have a fear of machines but I was so cared for through my nerves The wonderful receptionist was so kind (I didn’t ask her name wish I had) Lovely lady Tonya did my scan and I don’t think I have been so relaxed as she made me feel. Super experience and thanks to you both Jacqueline L

This was my first MRI, I was terrified. The tech was very reassuring, explaining everything along the way. I just closed my eyes and before I knew it I was done. Thank you Bowes, I'll never go anywhere else.

I had an MRI of my neck and low back this morning. The Healthcare workers were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The facility was clean, bright, and comfortable. I am not sure what made the difference, but this was the best imaging experience that I have had.

What a great experience way more than I expected from scheduling to the three young ladies at the desk, and kudos to Don performing the MRI,
An absolute total professional, every five minutes checking in to see if I was ok/keeping me informed of what we’re doing.folks this is the place to go!

A week ago I had my very first ever mammogram, I didn’t know what to expect and was a bit nervous. Turned out to be a piece of cake and not painful at all. Amber was my tech and did a great job, she was very patient with me and thoroughly explained everything she was doing and even gave me a heads up when to expect pressure or might feel some discomfort which I had none at all and I greatly appreciated that. Thank you Amber and BOWES imaging for a great 1st time experience with a mammogram testing.

So I did a review after my MRIs over a year ago due to their billing errors. It was fixed after that review so imagine my surprise when I received a bill yesterday. If I was the owner of this medical practice I would fire tge person that sent out this bill, if it was done to me, it will probably be done to others!
