Bowlero Bradenton reviews
16They must have remolded looks so much nicer. But the prices on the food. Way to high and the quality is not worth the price. I'm giving them four stars because the staff was great and the place looked pretty cool.
Great family outing. Staff was very helpful and food was great! We will definitely be back!
One of the worst customer experiences ever. Extremely rude person working the desk to check in. Complaints to management go unheard. Overpriced drinks and food also. Will never spend another dime on this rundown, overpriced establishment with no weekend entertainment (music/lights) again. Don't waste your money going there.
Definitely a very high quality bowling alley: the TVs on the lanes are really nice, but the prices are super steep. There were only 2 of us when we went, and we ended up paying over $60 for only about an hour of bowling.
We had a great time, haven't been there in years. The place looks great, and the staff were very nice. We will definitely go again soon.
Amazing service from the moment we open those doors Sarah The GM Woooow outstanding really professional service She is The Very Best.
Thank You Sarah!
I have been bowling here for about 17 years and I must say it's had a lot of changes. Some good and some bad. I'm a league bowler and most times I feel welcomed other times I don't. I don't understand how they can't have yuengling for almost a month. I use to work here when I was a kid and loved the atmosphere and we had a great team. I think there needs to be more training with the employees like we use to train them when I was there. They have some really great seasoned employees and I'll always bowl here I just think it could use some help. Love you guys
Decent for casuals and tourists, but not for enthusiasts. I have bowled in over six different states in leagues and while Bowlero looks very promising the lanes are in pretty beat-up conditions. The foul line is close to breaking and there was numerous problems throughout the whole alley with ball returns and pinsetters. We were only there for vacation and tried it out so it was decent for us but there were some bowlers that looked experienced that had quite a few frustrations there regarding the lane quality.
This is one of the WORST bowling places I have EVER been to.
We went with our 2 young kids. After the machine malfunctioning 2 different times we finally go moved to another lane. We asked for bumper for our kids and non for us. After not getting bumpers the 1st time we asked, the bowling balls go stuck behind the pins. After waiting in line for the 3rd time we asked for bumpers again. After waiting another 10 minutes we still got no bumper and another ball got stuck. We just waisted 50$ to wait in line and deal with excited kids. Just to break their heart and leave. We asked for a refund and were completely ignored. We didn’t even finish 1 round of bowling. This is absolutely ridiculous. And we will not be returning.
I don't know if it was Murphy's Law but the experience with the staff was slightly frustrating. First while trying to check in, we got the newest addition to the company, but the girl who was training her, left her high and dry and my husband and I were waiting for 20 extra minutes because we were waiting on her trainer to stop taking care of everyone else who walked in. Not to mention, there were no signs published that there was no running water so no fountain drink, no running water in the bathroom. Ordered food, no nachos. Had ordered pretzel dippers and garlic parm boneless wings (delicious). Ordered a pint of beer and a blue boozy. The girl behind counter said they only had one person in the kitchen and no bartender but she would bring us our drinks. 30 minutes to get 2 drinks delivered. The girl apologized and said she couldn't remember the lane we were in. It took another 20 minutes for the food. Not a very good experience for a first time
Great staff. Was very helpful. Had an issue with one of the lanes and they ended up changing our lane to another one rather quickly.
I typically enjoy going here all the time. Unfortunately, today the service was horrendous. The manager was very aggressive and abrasive, her customer service style left much to be desired.
I am very upset that on one of my few family nights this was my experience
Very disappointed in the managerial staff
It's been awhile since I went bowling so to me it was a bit expensive and they wanted me to keep a credit card on file in order to play multiple games. I understood but I wasn't comfortable with it. They try to not give refunds but because our party got there late they had to refund us one game when we paid for three because they were closing. Next time we will be more prepared. 7.50 per person per game and 5.25 per person for shoes. Seemed a bit expensive to me
I went to the bowling but wasn't able to bowl not handicap accessible there were stairs multiple spots to get to the lanes well can't get down there
All in all fun was able to play a hour of pool for just 10 bucks and 2 games of bowling for 43.80 but the food is a tad bit overpriced… actually overpriced by allt
*Fun place! Music was great, street tacos are very very tiny u eat with a straw almost, but beer was great so it made up for it. When you order long island ice tea be sure to tell them a LITTLE bit of ice.
