BOXIE24 Miami Self Storage

Boxie24 has stolen and/or lost my father’s belongings and have been dodging his calls for two weeks now. He’s had to rent an airbnb in Miami because he can’t leave the city until this issue is resolved. I mean everything he owns - family photos, furniture, art, everything - is missing. Mind you, my dad has been paying to store his belongings for over a year at $500/month with this company!

Elmer, the only customer service representative for the entire company, keeps saying a supervisor will call us back. No one does. They won’t tell us why he can’t retrieve his belongings. Elmer keeps saying there’s been an issue that he doesn’t have information about and now the phone lines are completely out of service and have been for a couple days now.

They are scammers and criminals. Stay far away!

I shopped around a long time for pallet based storage. The Boxie24 team was so friendly, fast and super affordable. I very very highly recommend them to anyone looking to do storage. Even with third party delivery companies and changes in dates, they have moved and accommodated us every step along the way. Rushlene has been the best at customer service and assistance along the way.
