My family and I are very grateful for the warmth and care Boyd Panciera provided us while going through such a tough time. The staff were kind, friendly, and everything turned out beautiful.

There really aren't words to describe the ease and comfort that I received at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care. My mom passed on a Saturday morning in Florida while visiting with her sisters. By Sunday I had flown to Florida to try and get my mother's wishes fulfilled. I called a number I found on Google for Panciera and turned out to be a personal cell phone number for Mark, of Panciera, despite it being his personal number and probably his day off, he took the time to explain everything to me and guided me through the details of the next steps I needed to take during this difficult time. Thank you Mark! I was able to then speak to Carey who set my appointment up for Monday Morning. Thank You Carey! I then spoke to Mike who gave me a list of things to bring in to make the process seamless. Thank You Mike! And finally Cathy, thank you! Cathy sat with my aunts and I and explained everything again clearly and kept the already difficult experience light and caring. She gave me invaluable information about traveling with ashes as I was not aware of the rules and regulations. She communicated well and always answered my questions. The Boyd-Panciera Family made this experience so graceful. I also want to mention that at no point did I feel like they were trying to sell me anything or sell me more than I needed. I had called around to other places and was given such exorbitant prices and given prices for urns etc. Thank you Boyd-Panciera for respecting and taking good care of me and my family during this vulnerable and difficult time.

Very caring staff and beautiful building. Boyd-Panciera staff was very sweet and made my mother's farewell memorial service easier to bare.

Was just there recently for my grandfathers funeral and had a horrible experience. The ladies in charge were very controlling and made everyone feel uncomfortable. For instance telling my nine year old brother he could have any more croquetas. Lady I bought the croquetas not you. She followed my sister into the bathroom when she went to change her two year old and just stood there. They took out the food before the service was over not allowing for some to eat. They charged $225 for a slideshow. It was overall disappointing. Felt as if they had no sympathy. The funeral director was nice however he was only there for the burial portion.

There are no words to express how grateful our family is to Boyd-Panciera for their help during the difficult time we experienced. From the very beginning when we contacted them until days after the funeral, they made sure everything worked smoothly. They understood immediately what we wanted and they met our request in their entirety. They were respectful, attentive and caring. It looked they were always one step ahead: they knew when we needed something, they also knew when to take a step back but still being present nearby. They accommodated any request we had even if it was not easy, especially when they realized time was of the essence for us. Without us even asking, they already had a plan how to coordinate with entities outside the agreement between us and them (Church, Cemetery). Last but not least, because in difficult times like this unexpected expenses matter, we do not think a more affordable price can be found elsewhere. We would like to mention for their professional approach and beyond: David and Michael Lowery, Cathy Harrison, Marc C and Samantha.

I am writing this review to express my gratitude towards Michael Lowery and the entire Boyd-Panciera family. Considering the circumstances that brings one to their doors, they made the entire process much easier with their professionalism and caring manners. My family and I visited 5 other funeral homes in 48 hours and each one disappointed more than the other. Let’s just say we knew Boyd-Panciera was the best from the moment we opened those doors and Michael greeted us. He is professional and responsible with every detail possible. Every little request was responded with a “yes, no problem” and he made sure it was all exactly what we needed to make the best out of this sad moment for our family. Michael treated all of us with respect and kindness until the very last moment. Picked up every phone call, responded to every email and coordinated all vendors involved in a timely manner which exceeded all our expectations. He made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my loved one as I had requested and made sure she looked as beautiful as she was the night of the viewing. The entire staff was so caring and professional that night. All of our guest were very impressed with the faculty and the staff. I highly recommend Boyd-Panciera to honor your loved ones. They will treat them with the care you would want them to have and then rest of your family will walk away feeling better about it all. Thank you for all that you do Boyd-Panciera team.

My sister and I started our relationship with Boyd Panciera in May of 2021. My father had decided on some end of life procedures which included body donation and the services of Boyd Panciera to follow through with that decision. From my first conversation to my last conversation, the staff was calm, kind and informative. I spoke with Mary multiple times, often asking the same questions and going over what if scenarios. She answered them thoroughly and patiently. When the end came, the steps to take dad to his final physical destination were once again explained and completed quickly and exactly as they had been explained to us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It seems that whatever the final plan is to be for the family member, it will carried out competently and with compassion. Thank you

The Boyd-Panciera family were very professional, caring and sensitive. They were very attentive to our needs and those of our families and friends. The preparation and presentation of my deceased mother was sacred and perfect to the most minor detail. I highly recommend their service.

Marc and Michael at Boyd- Panciera made a tough situation less stressful. They had such a wonderful and welcoming nature. It felt as if they had as much care for my family as their own. I am so thankful to have worked with them to organize my father's services.

The staff at Boyd-Panciera was very friendly, compassionate and professional when handling the arrangements for our family member. They were there to guide us, but open to our personal desires. Everything was handled beautifully.

Where to begin? The level of compassion and excellent service we received at Boyd-Panciera during one of the most difficult times of our lives was unmatched. I called a few places for information, but Mary was the only one who was able to explain everything to me and offer suggestions that instantly gave me peace of mind. I proceeded to use Boyd-Panciera because of this. From the moment I went in to make initial arrangements all the way up to my mother in law's interment a few weeks ago they were the absolute best in the service provided.

I want to thank Tiffany Panciera, her family and team. My beautiful mother had passed away and they took such a good care of every detail; from the moment I contacted them everything was kind and respectful from their side.
