Bozard Ford Lincoln, St. Augustine FL

12/2/21: I am beyond dissatisfied with the level of customer service that the service lane is providing. We went in for an oil change. They over filled the oil causing a knocking noise in the engine. They admitted that this was due to the overfill oil but are now refusing to help us fix the situation. They offered a slightly lower price on a used engine, but with something that was admittedly the service lanes fault you would think they would provide better customer service. We have been loyal customers and recently bought a car here. We will absolutely be going elsewhere is the future for oil changes and any further car purchases. Y’all need to make this right.

6/23/30: Brian was an amazing salesman, very to the point and extremely perceptive of our needs. We were able to get a vehicle that suited our needs and budget perfectly. Tom in trade-ins was direct and prompt with our trade in value, we actually felt that we got a more than fair deal. Rick in finance genuinely care about our budget and payment worries. He was very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to get us into our new vehicle. AS FIRST TIME DEALERSHIP BUYERS WE WERE BEYOND THRILLED WITH THE ENTIRE INTERACTION. We are happy to have this type of business in our community, and would not recommend a different dealership to anyone.

Bozard Ford/Lincoln is bar far the best dealership I have experienced in my lifetime. I am 70 years old and have dealt with many dealerships over the years. I trust them to deliver service to my vehicle at a fair price and provide professional service! I am now a lifetime customer and will never use another dealership! They are simply the best!

I purchased a new F-250 from Bozard, Had a very Bad experience with the sales department and service department, will never go back again!

Bought a 2012 F150 with the 5.0 what a great truck except every time it’s had a recalled part or one that should have been it’s a no go. Transmission recall that was seriously dangerous I was never informed of I called them and they said no it’s not your truck. How relived I was but I pay them to service the transmission. They tell me all was well I give the truck to my daughter and the transmission fails and they say ohh it’s got too many miles we only replace it if it fails before 150,000. That’s nice you only care about a recall if the truck isn’t driven. Best of luck

Quality service is everything to me and John Douglas and his team makes every effort to deliver. They work with a customer and go out of their way to make sure concerns are addressed! Reminds me of the good old days and their home town dealer!

If I could give less I would. My grandma took her vehicle here to get something done on it and there was no damage before and after pickup the vehicle looked like it had been wrecked. It damaged her radiator as well

This was my first time car shopping at Bozard Ford. I must say we received the best customer service from Austin Laude. As far as sales associates go he took his time with my wife and myself. He was professional, personable and went way above the call of duty to take care of us. If you go to Bozard please ask for Austin Laude. Also Bozard has a gorgeous facility; it was comfortable to be in and no one was pushy.

Angela and the rest of the team were outstanding! I was visiting the area and leaving that afternoon. Had a fuel leak that needed resolved before I left.very stressful. Angela was understanding and took very good care of me. The maintenance technician did a great job as well. I had never been there before, but was impressed by the whole operation. Plenty of greeters, customer service agents, and technicians. Thank you very much for getting me back on the road quickly.

My love and i had an absolutely great burger and sweet potato tots. Loved the beer keg urinals and tire sinks.

Had a recall that needed to be taken care of on my car. As always the service department is very good they did a great job extremely fast I thought and even claims my car up for me! I've been using Bozard Ford for all my vehicles for the past 12 years and will in the future if I need another one!

Great experience with Bozard Ford! Blake (Finance Manager) was able to get me a great deal for my trade and had the new car delivered to me for a test drive. It was delivered by Austyn (sales rep) who was super professional and polite and ready to answer any questions we had! Super quick and easy process. A+ Customer Service! Had the best new truck purchase experience at this dealership. Fair deal. Everything shown on the website and Discussed prior to me coming in was accurate and upheld. There were no surprises in the final numbers and no high pressure to add Additional cost. I just can’t believe how easy the process was. The process was so much faster than I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Tyler was an awesome sales rep - Answered my questions and went over everything thoroughly. I worked with just two people - there was no ganging up approach like I’ve experienced at other dealers: I went in Anxious and prepared to be told different numbers but That didn't happen, I left Knowing I have found my dealership for all future car needs. I also visited the service department to talk about some accessories. Everyone was helpful there as well. I will be checking them out when it’s time to service my new truck. I get the sense that people enjoy their jobs here so it makes it a good environment. Also… I love my truck!

Called to make a recall service appointment and was worked in the same week. Had no wait at the time of my appointment and they communicated regarding the process and when it was complete. Everyone was professional and friendly. Will be back again!

Amazing experience with Jordan and the finance manager, easy in and out within a couple hours on a 21 ranger stx, 100% recommendation for going through Jordan!

Prices are way too high compared to other dealerships. They advertise a good price then hit you with thousands of dollars in fees

Hands down, the nicest Lincoln Dealership and service area I've ever visited. The fact that it's separate from the Ford Dealership makes so much less crowded and the building and waiting areas are amazing.

This dealership worked very quickly. Wasn't planning to buy a car Tonight, but it was about a 3 hour process. Not an all day event. Dj was very pleasant and was entertaining to work with.
