BP, Orlando FL

Heads up for motorcycle riders. I filled up here with their 93, my bike has been running rough, sluggish, and backfiring. Bad gas for sure. Also it took 3 different pumps to find one that would work. Same for others I rode with that day too. Store was clean, as were bathrooms, and staff was nice. Don't recommend putting their gas in your bike tho.

Says it's open 24/7, there's 2 clerks inside and refuse to let me in. They keep saying it closes at 2 am. I have come to this store layer then 2 am before and had no issues. You need to hire some employees that do a better job

Doesn’t have to do with the workers. But ever since the oil spill i will never ever be a bp customer!

Horrible service. New CSR'S every week. Rude and very slow service, so if you got all day to wait for someone to count your change and get it wrong, this is your spot

The clerks were very friendly to me. I'm as yet just a part-time resident of Orlando, but they treated me like a long-lost friend. This was on December 24th of 2014 as I was on my way back 100 miles north of Orlando to the country. *sigh* Can't wait to become a permanent city dweller again! But that's another story for another time.lol lol lol

I get gas here and sometimes snacks. They have the general items youd find at a convenient store.

Horrible customer service. Young black lady not mary needs to be fired after bet vulgar mouth. Rude disrespectful people working here hasn't gotten any better with new manager. Gotten worse. New manager acts like he runs the world watched him choke a guy his neck out of the store. 711 you need to take this place over

Store says it's 24 hours but at 10 they lock their doors and don't let anyone in the purchase items

The pumps never have receipt paper, so you have to go inside and wait inline for it. I have been going there for two years and always the same excuse. We ordered the wrong size tape. May be BP can send the correct size and help the station out. I already spoke with two managers and they said that they would pass the message along. BP, help!

Since martha left wont go back don't like being treated as just another customer. I have tried to be polite and ask how are you and i just get a blank stare.
