I came to this orthodontist office about three years ago and EVERY experience with Doctor and her staff has been delightful. You can tell that Dr. Decambre genuinely cares about her patients and does everything in her power to make sure that they are completely satisfied. If I ever have to recommend an orthodontics office to someone, it will be this one!

The staff is bad and Dr.is moody. I had braces on twice with Dr. D. She is okay, but I'd go somewhere where someone cares more about the patient's needs than the money. She didn't make it clear that my teeth still needed a lot longer treatment the first time around and second time, her staff was unclear about the cost. This last experience, I tried to get a retainer and her secretary Katerina was rude and actually put the doctor on the phone with me with an attitude over me trying to schedule an appointment. Katerina, if you can't handle being clear and professional on the phone then maybe you shouldn't deal with customers. Although the Dr.goes through new employees all the time.

Very happy with my braces treatment! The staff are very kind and the doctor is very reassuring if you have any questions or concerns.

The employees are great and the orthodontist is even greater! The environment is friendly and very comfortable. I will recommend her to all my friends and family.

Great business. I love them. Always helpful and seeing me as soon as possible. Never had a problem with any of the staff. They are always fun yet educational. I would definitely reccomend.

This place shouldn’t even get 1 star. Worst place I’ve ever done business with. Had my braces on for 4 years and she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. There should have been no reason why I had my braces on for no that long. Then she had the audacity to remove my top braces and my teeth still weren’t the way they were suppose to look. Please do not go here. Do your research first. I had no choice but to leave and finish up with someone else.

I’ve been with Braces for Us since I was a little girl and I’ve always been treated with hospitality and kindness. Dr. Decambre has ensured that my treatments for both my teeth appliances and braces were handled with care and efficiency.

Love the place, very professional and perfect setting. Staff is nice and Dr. Decambre is very informative and caring.

I love this place it is beyond amazing I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful/caring they are. I am forever grateful that God and my friend lead me to them. A couple years ago I was in a car crash but before the car crash I was going to this other dentist because of the crash my right side of my body was not functioning right so I had to do therapy. I missed a couple of months for my monthly check ups or whatever you want to call it idk. When I was back on my feet again I went back to the dentist they wanted me to start my process all over again because it’s been three months which is understandable but they also wanted me to start my payment all over again. They say basically I am a new patient all over again once you miss three months or more, remind you I already pay them $2,000 & something dollars and I never ever miss a payment. The total was $4000 & something so that mean I already give them half of that money so I was not going to give those people anymore of my money. That’s when my friend referred me to “Braces Fro Us” words cannot begin to describe how wonderful the doctor & the staff are they work with your schedule. The other place I used to go to they staff are so rude when it’s time to book my next appointment they be like “oh the doctor only comes in once a month so whatever date & time we give you that’s what you have to go with, you cannot pick another date or time. ” I have work, school & other things to do. Long story short “Braces Fro Us” is the best place to get your braces done the most wonderful & kindness place ever. They brighten up my life just by putting this beautiful smiling on me, now I’m not afraid to smile. To be honest it’s almost time but I don’t even want to remove my braces now because I just want to keep going back the Dr. & staff especially Ruth is so wonderful and pleasant to be around I always walked out with a smile on my face no matter how bad my mood was that day. From the bottom of my heart thank you guys for everything you had done for me. You guys deserve more than a the five star #Love Lousenie Ask for “Ruth”

Braces for us is such an amazing place! Dr. Decambre walks you through what she’s doing and how it’s going to help your teeth get straighter! Every single month i look forward to coming in and seeing what she does, to make my teeth straighter! I 10/10 recommend you to go here!

I was here for 3 years for my braces treatment and the wait time is crazy, to long of a wait for 5 mins of tightening seems ridiculous! My teeth didn’t turn out the way I imagined. And I paid over 5000$ no insurance.they are nice but at the point u need professionalism not kindness!

Orthodontist office is more for younger kids than adults (Yes-should have done my research first!) Huge turnover in staff, every appointment I see a new staff member and they are always inexperienced. Doctor was okay.not the best. Wouldn't recommend them.

Dr and staff are very unorganized. All she cares about is taking your bank information which i was not comfortable with due to identity crisis. She flat out refuses to except any other form of payment. She started treatment and discontinued out services for absolutely no reason. The wait time is ridiculous. I would not ever refer anyone to this low life suspicious office. And fake Christian.

Dr Decambre is very easy to talk to. She is a open and friendly women who actually takes her time with you. She knows when you’re ready for every different phase and listens to your complaints and worries aswell. The staff is also very patient aswell.

Braces for us has helped me learn more about my teeth and when I talk with the doctor I can be open about what's going on. It feels like a second home to me and I'm happy to be able to come here for my braces

Can't keep the billing straight and the staff turn over is extreme. Would not recommend using them go some place else.
