Highly recommend! I came in for a crown and consult. The team was extremely efficient, getting through X-rays, dentist exam, hygienist exam, a filling removal and prepped the tooth for a crown, impressions and temporary tooth in less than 90 min. My tooth feels great still 2 weeks later. I’m moving all my dental care to this team!

The whole staff there are super friendly, accommodating, and professional. The best dentistry I have ever been too. If your reading this this is your sign to choose them.

I’m giving 3 stars because the staff was adequate and the assistant was very nice. My daughter and I went in for a new patient consults. We were both due for cleanings but of course they do the X-rays and exams first so that was as expected. Once the dentist came in, however, the appointment went from an exam to a sales pitch. I need some dental work done, fair enough but several thousand dollars in work including dental implants seemed excessive. They didn’t even talk to me about my 15 year old but told her she had 5 cavities. I find this very unlikely because she had seen our regular dentist 6 months prior and there was no mention of cavities at that time. We didn’t return and ended up scheduling with a different dental provider.

All I can say is WOW! Never have I been to a dentist office so accommodating and professional! Deep cleaning, root canal and crowns…NO PAIN! I have a Pepsodent smile (yup, I’m that old), so you can bet that I know what I am talking about!

Only reason they get 2 stars is because the are friendly. The rest of the experience was very poor.

Spent a total of 3 hours in the office all for just X-rays and a cleaning. Services overall were okay, care quality was okay. Scheduling was a nightmare. Office is small and uncomfortable to wait in. (Especially when you have to spend so much time waiting). Scheduled my appointment for 2pm then I got a text day of my appointment saying it was at 1: 30. I showed up promptly at 1: 30 and didn't get seen by anyone until 2: 15! 45 minuets waiting for x-rays, which took 30 minutes, I then had to go back out to the lobby and way for ANOTHER 45 MINUTES before I could get my teeth cleaned. They are closed on Fridays, my appointment was Thursday afternoon and it seemed like everyone was checked out.

Nice people, terrible operation of a dental business.

I will not be returning to them for anything in the future and I recommend you stay away as well

I had an infection in a molar and was in severe pain. Michael helped me and after several calls back got me set up with Dr. Ackley. He was so kind and really went the extra mile, in my opinion, to communicate with the doctor and work me in to see the Doctor on Monday. I care for a 95 year old mother and he was very thoughtful to my schedule. Such great service to a patient’s needs. Thanks Michael! You’re a treasure.

Had bad experience with my previous dentist and finally I found the right place! So relieved! My first appointment after exam was a root canal! They were so gentle and so professional! And No pain at all after the procedure! Positive energy! They really care about the patients!

I am extremely impressed with the office staff and especially the new office manager. She took my original call and spoke with me for a long time because of how upset I was with all the bad news. I need a lot of dental work done and have been to several different dentists to get opinions. This was the only dentist that said she could save my tooth which was close to the smile, everywhere else I went the dentists said the tooth needed to be extracted. Long story short this is just one of many issues I have right now with my teeth. I went in yesterday and they were able to work something out with me so I could get that tooth taken care of at the same time and it has been taken care of. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the cost. It was worth it yesterday for sure but with all the work I need done I cant possibly afford them since I am a single mother, I'm in school trying to better myself and my children on top of not receiving child support. I had to max out care credit and don't have the funds, there's no other payment plan or option with the office. I know it's my problem not being able to afford it. I felt like I was truly cared about and they did everything they could to make me comfortable with the work I had done. The dentist was incredible, Dr. Ackley is truly efficient, smart, and to the point. I hate putting this off but if I don't get my teeth taken care of now it's only going to get worse. All the staff members were awesome as well, everyone had a great attitude and cared!

Staff is amazing. Robin goes above and beyond to work with your insurance. Her customer service skills are top notch. Kind and caring! Dentist cares and is informative about going over plan of care.

My wife and I got exams here a couple months ago and I was assured a few times that they were in-network with my United Concordia plan. They submitted my wife's claim with the business name "FL Dental Professionals PA, " which is out-of-network, instead of listing the dentist as the provider. I brought this up to them a couple weeks after the exam and they said they would fix the claim, since the dentist is in-network. Two months later and they have not communicated with me at all nor have they submitted a revised claim. Maybe because they already got a check for the out-of-network claim, which pays more than in-network, and don't want to give the money back to the insurance? Meanwhile, my exam coverage was rejected because of missing information on the claim, and despite the insurance calling and letting them know how to fix it, they have not revised the claim. Opting instead to send me a bill for the fees. They also provided a quote for additional services which inflated my out-of-pocket cost by over $2,000. The people working there were nice, but they need a refresher on insurance billing.

Was able to get in quickly and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Super clean rooms! Explained everything to me clearly. It was a pleasant experience!

I had an emergency appointment at Bradenton Family Dentistry. I ended up needing a root canal. Dr Ackley and her staff were wonderful. They explained everything about the procedure and worked with my out of state insurance company. I experienced no pain during the process but was a bit sore the next day. The pain is dissipating and I’m starting to be able to eat normally. This is only day 3. I highly recommend this practice. They are kind, courteous and very professional.

So far so good, I've only been here a couple of times, but prior to going here I was looking for a dentistry firm to start a relationship with, the staff and doctors are very good, price is very fair not to mention very quick, if you have an appointment you will be taken in the back for your procedure pretty quick, I think I have found a dentist.
