Staff changes to often. With an appointment you still have to wait a long time. When you call to ask questions in billing, they have an attitude. You would think they would want your new insurance info.

Really nice atmosphere and every one from the receptionist, hygienist, to the Doctor were great.

Words cannot fully explain what a wonderful experience I’ve had and continue to have at Bradenton Smiles Dentistry, you have to experience it for yourself! The office is impeccable. The staff is friendly, helpful and plenty! Quite possibly one of the most impressive dental and doctor’s office. The entire process is streamlined and you never find yourself just sitting and waiting. Lastly, they have all the newest technology, so say goodbye to those horrible plastic molds for your bite impression, they have a scanner that creates a 3D image! Highly recommended!

Old Bait and Switch. They tell you one price, then once the services are done, they hit you with a higher price. Now months later, they ask for more money saying that "something" wasn't covered.

This has happened BOTH times I have been to this location. The staff is pretty friendly, but the person cashing me out was complaining that the hygienists should know better about billing. They are so concerned about if I was a "cash" person. I even signed a quote/agreement for the work before it was performed and the billing person changed the price and said that I was told wrong. That is the last time I will return.

Another worry-free visit. Got in and out within 45 minutes. Hygienist was thorough and updated me throughout the appt. Highly recommend

I was very happy that I was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff and Dr. Ingalls were very nice! Dr. Ingalls fixed my chipped very quickly and I was happy with the care!

I lost a crown eating dinner one evening and was able to schedule an emergency appointment with Dr. Harris at noon the very next day! Not to mention that their work is excellent!

I called and was seen in a timely manner, and my issue resolved that day. All at a very reasonable rate! Well pleased.

I have been going here for several years and it's always a great experience. The staff is friendly and professional. Everything is clean and the hygienists are thorough with all of their explanations. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Everything good except initially I was told that Bradenton Smiles does not normally show the price of their services. They give a statement showing what insurance should pay & my balance & no one ever asks for the price. After stating that I wanted to have the pricing, I was given a copy. This makes no sense to me.

Great staff overall, no long waits, patient and understanding people.
Definitely recommend for anyone looking for dental work done.

Kaitlin was very kind and easy to have conversation with. She was very thorough and gentle and cared about her patient’s comfort. Will request her in the future.

Don't let them do a root canal, messed mine up on one of their fillings that failed in 9 months. Pain for months has to pull tooth still paid full price for wasted time on root canal. The front desk ladies are rough, the hygienists are ok, The Dentists are not skilled at procedures.

My family have been patients with his office for several years now and other then them making me go back five or six times before they got my crown right I have been happy with them until last week. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. First of all she was given a price in December 2022 but it was $800 more then they quoted. First we were told my daughter no longer has insurance, which she does. Then they said the price we had been given was over a year old, which it was not. It was from December. Then they just said treatment went up. I got an itemized statement but the dates all seem to be wrong so I still don't know why the cost went up $800 in 2 months. My daughter woke up during surgery and they had to restrain her by holding her ankles. She quit breathing and she remembers them screaming at her to breath. She was aware she wasn't breathing and heard them yelling at her to breath. She also remembers trying to take her IV out and although she was.numb she felt everything that was done. I know little about anesthesia but this really sounds like it could have been handled better. She said she was terrified. We did not get any after care instructions sent home with us so we had to look it up on line because she has 102.5 fever tonight. Anyway after this we will not be going back to this practice which is sad because I did like going there. I was going to call but after questioning the cost the other day the one lady was a little rude and I doubt it will resolve anything. If we had a redo we would have gone to an oral surgeon. Please be careful if you need anything major done at this office

Very, very lmpressed with facility and staff. Nu to Fl and this will b my dental care facility. Tech and attending dentist had great concern and presentation! Ya just gotta do something about the office "URNS!

Cruz took care of me today. She was friendly, personable and a perfectionist in cleaning my teeth. She explained what she was doing and why.

The hygienist was very experienced and knowledgeable and did far and above what I’ve experienced in the past. Then add Harrisbexzmined my teeth and said I needed one tooth filled and most everything else looked good. She didn’t try to just sell me a bill of goods. I would definitely give them five star review and recommend them.
