Bradesco BAC Florida Bank

The staff is easily confused when one asks questions.

I heard they've canned many and just one person with poor reading and listening comprehension remains. You know who you are.

You send a check through bill pay and they deposited on the wrong account or change address and not advise the clients!

Solid and efficient bank, great professionals and outstanding customer service.

I have visited this bank today with my client and friend who has a mortgage with this entity.
Reading the reviews I realize what they are talking about.
She also has a mortgage in Helm Bank, we went before coming here I spoke on her behalf without any problem to help her, they treated us like a king, patience, respect, professionalism, honesty and as if this were not enough masses and coffee.

On the other hand, in Bradesco, in addition to the fact that the parking lot is a labyrinth and there is no way to find the bank, the person Luisa Bravo who attended us did not let us both in with the excuse of privacy and she directly ignored me, meaning that if it were like that, not even the slightest respect, they had already told me that it was a disaster but today I confirmed it in person.

My friend is not from here, she lives in another country, she needed my help but for some reasons they will not answer basic questions for the benefit of my friend.

If I had everything in order they would have no problem and I just read in a review that in Brazil it is the bank country and the employees of a company always look like the owner.

I wanted to find out to do business with this bank but luckily I was able to meet them that not a peso left here.

Got a loan with them i recommend these reviews are not descriptive of my experience been banking with them for a year in a half and have had zero issues!
