Erik was great to work with. Being out of state and not ever having to deal with a death in the family before, I had no idea on how I was going to clean out and sell the house and close out the estate. Within a month, the sale of the house occurred. The price was fair and any concerns were eased throughout the process. If I could give 10 stars I would! Eric was a blessing for our family! Well, it’s not like we move every year. Downsizing & packing was a lot. Eric & Josh came in like Trojan horses & I felt they were Angels sent from above. They bought our house with in 2 weeks of being for sale. Showed us their work on other investments & I asked them to send pictures when they are done fixing it up.
