No pressure, but genuinely helping to find the perfect setting for both my diamond, and me! The options were incredible, and they even "colored" a loose gem to show us how my blue diamond would look in the settings. The one we chose is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. What an amazing experience we had on our first visit! The warm welcome and kind attention made us feel like we were family! What a difference from other jewelry establishments we have visited around the area. We brought my ring to get it sized down and we noticed the beautiful sapphires, which we love. The next thing we knew, Colbi was coming up with ideas about how we could incorporate one into my ring. A creative frenzy of ideas ensued, flying around between us all and then Brad drew up the design from several perspectives. We eagerly gave them the go ahead to make this happen. We are thrilled with the results! The quality of the stone, the artistic craftsmanship of the work, and the wonderful comfort factor that we were working with friends to come up with something creative and wonderful. Brad and Colbi exemplify above and beyond. They didn't sell me an engagement ring they took the time to listen, educate me and guide me towards the perfect one. As if that wasn't enough for a five-star transaction they went to great length to expedite the ring sizing for me because I'm a master procrastinator.
