I had an excellent car buying experience with Sales Manager Jose Denis. I didnt feel pre-judged due to me arriving in my work attire like I was when visiting Williamson Cadillac in South Miami. Mr. Denis was able to qualify me for a Cadillac XTS with Zero down. Tough loss for Williamson. I wish all Car dealerships had a Jose Denis working for them. Braman Cadillac is my go to dealership from now on.

If you are buying Cadillac parts from this place don’t ever request parts from client advisor “ Ian Ramessar “. This is my second time i order cadillac parts with this person and i never got it in time. I order parts last week and i just had to go there by myself and being said by another personnel that the parts were order today because maybe he forgot to do it. This place is gorgeous but the lack of professionalism by this guy is out of this world.

Braman Cadillac Miami needs to improve customer service. Scheduled to pickup my car on Saturday at 8am. Waited 45 minutes for the car. I asked Ms. Dari Antonio what was taking so long. No satisfactory answers. Never called to check on the car. We just waited there. They have serious cooordination problems. Not 1 apology. You would expect more from Cadillac service. Very disappointing.
