They are very honest on repairs. Two times now they have diagnosed my truck with the true problem. I could have been told my suspension needed all new, but a fuse was all it needed. Last month my son replaced 700 dollars worth of parts. We could not fix it, but Brandon Auto found it was just a wire. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an honest place for all your mechanic needs!

They (Natalie) never called me back with a promised quote.

I know I’m a family with some of Brandon Auto Service employees but I will say this! They have the best customer service and treats all with the dignity and respect that’s require to run a successful business for 50+ yrs.

I had my car towed to this salvage yard assuming my engine was blown. They could have easily taken the car and resold it, but they were honest and told me my CAT was clogged. They repaired the car at a reasonable price and I was back on the road. Honesty in car salvage and repair is rare. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
