This company is 1st class! Integrity won out over the buck in my experience with Brandon Brace and Adam.

I ordered a hospital bed rental for my friend. He already had one that he had bought from a neighbor, it was functional, but had been assembled incorrectly so it wasn't working well for him. He was also unhappy with the old mattress.

Adam came out as scheduled and asked about the disassembled bed as soon as he saw it. I told him the story, that the motor worked at each setting (we were planning to give it away because it did work), but that for whatever reason it didn't seem to be satisfactory for my friend. Adam volunteered that we could buy a new mattress and he would put the old bed together for us. In a matter of minutes Adam had the bed correctly assembled, with the head of the bed in the opposite direction it had been before, no wonder it wasn't right. He put the new mattress on it and demonstrated that each function was now working properly.

My friend ended up with the bed he already owned, functioning perfectly with a new mattress. We were charged the amount we would have paid for the 1st month of the bed rental, for the new mattress and better customer service than I could have imagined.

Adam took the initiative to try to help us by asking about the old bed, and was successful in getting it to be a satisfactory solution. In the process he saved us the monthly charge we would have paid for the bed rental. He was competent, professional and matter of fact (no drama). He obviously cared about us as the customer and his company's reputation more that the rental charge they would have gotten from us.

The whole experience was extremely pleasant and left me feeling grateful and that I had a company that sincerely wanted to support us as my friend's health declines. Thanks so much Adam and Brandon Brace.

I visited the store today for some knee braces, a lovely girl named cheyanne helped me to figure out which size I needed and what would work best for me. I highly recommend everyone to go to Brandon brace for any medical supply needs and thank you to cheyanne for being so wonderful and helping me with everything I needed.

Cheyanne! Cheyanne! Cheyanne! Where do I start? You are so mean and so unknowledgeable when I was in the store. Kinda cute thou. But ugly on the inside. You really need to grow up! It’s ok I know it takes some people longer then others. But you can do it! PS call me!

I’ve been here several times to get ice packs, special pillows (i.e. - lumbar support, knee pillow), and Anodyne shoes (which are a little pricy but help those with diabetes and just generally make you feel like you’re floating on a cloud). Everyone in the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Family-owned and you can tell!

BRANDON BRACE IS NEXT DOOR TO BILL'S PHARMACY. I BELIEVE BOTH BUSINESSES ARE OWNED BY THE SAME FAMILY. THEY ARE A DEPENDABLE FAMILY HARD WORKING AND BOTH THEIR BUSINESSES ARE WELCOMED IN THE COMMUNITY. BRADON BRACE SELLS MOBILITY DEVICES NEW AND CO-SIGNMENTS. ONCE MY DAUGHTER WAS HOSPITALIZED AND I HAD NO WAY OF GETTING INTO THE HOSPITAL TO SEE HER. BRANDON BRACE LOANED ME A SCOOTER FREE OF CHARGE JUST TO PROVIDE ME WITH MOBILITY FROM MY CAR TO HER HOSPITAL ROOM. THEY ARE THE BEST.

Horrible customer service. I called to see if they carry ostomy supplies. The woman who answered already was short and her tone was if she was already bothered by the call. I was looking specifically for a pouch cover for odor and protection. She kept saying I don't understand what you want but never took the time to really try and find out. This is what is wrong in the world today, the non-caring attitude.

Such wonderful people helped us today. The ladies were kind and helped us find the right neck brace for my fiance. This was so great considering the amount of pain he is in. Thank you for your compassion!
