Had a bad experience. Was looking for a used car and the sales guy I ended up with seemed nice at first but then ended up insulting my intelligence when I repeatedly told him the car I was interested in had something wrong with it.

When the car went to start it hesitated. In my experience, when a car does that, the battery is almost dead or the alternator is about to go.

The salesman first said that the keyfob was too far way from the start up button. Then he said it was that he didn't hold the start up button down hard enough, then he said all the cars started up that way.

To prove to me that all the cars started that way, he started up a newer model. To his dismay, it started up right away without any hesitation. I pointed that out.

He then let me try to start up the car in question myself, and it still hesitated. I stated to him that there was something wrong with the car. He then started arguing with me that I was wrong. When I finally said that I wasn't going to buy the car because of the obvious issue, he begrudgingly asked if I wanted his mechanic to check out the car. When he came back, the diagnostic was that the battery was almost dead.

This salesman left a terrible impression on me. I ended up not buying the car.

Omar Rodriguez is the man. An absolute legend. Non-stop professional care for me even when it didn't benefit him financially. Honest and compassionate while also straight forward. Dude is ridiculous. I didn't even buy anything and he helped me find what was best for me. Omar, if you're reading this, thanks.

I am not sure what is going on over there. I’ve called at least 5 times trying to get ahold of the service manager to get my second key for my truck. Either I get transferred and nobody picks up or I get a voicemail. I was told they would look for the second key and get ahold of me. I’ve heard nothing and it’s been a month!

On top of never getting a spare key I have found out the truck I purchased from them was submitted for a lemon law case. This has been the worst vehicle purchase of my entire life. This truck had 4 oil pans replaced and now I am going on my 6th. Do not purchase a used car here.

I am not big on writing reviews, however sometimes I will. First of all, they do not do the high pressure bs here. It was a very relaxed environment.

Omar, my salesperson, respected that I was attempting to get the best deal possible. He took the time to understand my quirky personality traits. Buy a car from him if your looking for a Hyundai.

I BUT A USED CAR AND AFTER 4 MONTHS HAVE TO DO WARRANTY THAT THEY KNOW ABOUT IT THEY EVEN NOTE THIS ON THE REPORT, TOOK MY CAR FOR SERVICE ON AUGUST 25 AND WARRANTY (200000 MILES OFER BY THE DEALER) WELL MAKE STORY SHORT IS SEPTEMBER 7 2018 AND STILL HAVE NOT PHONE CALL OR EMAIL OR ANY TYPE OF COMMUNICATION TO LET ME KNOW WHAT IS BEEN DONE, WELL IM PIKING UP MY CAR TOMORROW REGARLESS IF IS DONE OR NOT.

Mario Otero is the only reason you guys are getting this 5-Star review. The man made my day in service real easy, and stress free. The service department shouldn't have any problems as long as he's involved.

Had a great experience here purchasing my used Mercedes from them. Car was flawless and priced right. Dealer got me financed at a better rate than my credit union offered which surprised me. Cody was our salesman and even though he was kind of new to the job, he got our questions answered even if he didn't know them right away. I bought a Used 2013 Hyundai Sonata and only recieved 1 set of keys. I was told that I could purchase another get for 200.00. I should have gotten 2 sets of keys at no extra cost. The car was 12,000, by the time they where done with everything the car will cost me 22,000. I also text the salesmen and never got a reply back. So when you are buying a car here everyone if friendly but when you are not happy you are ignored.
I am happy with the car.

Had to bring my car in because of a weird noise. There was a long line of cars ahead of me so it took a bit of a wait to drop off my car. The staff was very friendly and quick when it was my turn. It was about five hours before they called me back to let me know that they had to order a part that would arrive on Monday.

Danny Mendoza was awesome! He got my mom the vehicle she wanted at the price she needed! And he was a super nice guy! Anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, I would recommend seeing him!

I came here after Hyundai of Wesley Chapel continued to be awful with customer service and a car buying experience. I worked with Caleb who was friendly and knowledgeable. I will never go back to Hyundai of Wesley Chapel and plan on coming here for any car buying experience and service. While the dealership is small they were helpful and gave me a good deal. I was in and out pretty quick too with trading in my lease and getting a new car.
