Took my daughter in today to get looked at. The staff is phenomenal! I could not have asked for better care, service, or professionalism. They have a genuine care for their patients and it didn't seem transactional like most dental offices are. If your in need of a great dentist and office I highly recommend the Bloomingdale location. You will not be disappointed!

The hygienist was awesome, so patient and caring! And Dr. El-Jabalí took his time to explain in detail everything I needed and helped me make a plan on how to best do all the dental work that I needed to do!

Beware! This office will try to make you pay for a deep cleaning when you do not need one. They will tell you you have major bone loss and periodontal disease. I will need to spend just under $300.00 for a deep cleaning. I guess they forgot I was there just six months ago. At the time, my x-rays were great; there were no issues, no bone loss. My numbers in regards to periodontal health were great based on my age. In six months, they tried to tell me I had severe bone loss and all my periodontal disease. My numbers doubled in some cases, but they basically added two to what they were last time. For example, 3-2-3 is now 5-4-5. I recommend getting your records when you visit any dentist or doctor.
If you have an HMO, these types of large dentist offices will take advantage of you if you are not aware. I brush my teeth twice a day and floss every single day. I have not had a cavity since I was in 3rd grade. I have no gum or tooth issues. If you read up on periodontal health, it states that if you brush your teeth regularly and floss, you should not have this issue.

I can’t say how grateful I am to have found this office. The staff was amazing. The service was A1. The prices are reasonable and they offer payment plans if you are on a tight budget. If you’re looking for a good place then stop looking because you have found it. I’m excited to see my results in a couple of months when I finish my treatment plan. Thank you guys.

Fantastic communication! Clear pricing, and friendly service. Excellent dental etiquette and cleanliness. My deep cleaning was painless, precise, and provided the results I wanted. My teeth whitening went quick, and didn’t cause too much sensitivity. All my questions were answered. My X-rays and exam were explained with lots of detail. Best dental experience yet. Modern and AMAZING!

This dentist is so good it helped my daughters teeth same as my son we go here every time we need to clean or appointments for my daughters braces I love this place!

I went here recently and can honestly say that there are major red flags about this dentist. I go to the dentist regularly and just moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. When I went in they took x-rays, were very thorough, and then I went back to the hygienist. The office staff was very friendly, however when the dentist came in she told me I had bone loss on my molars and needed scaling, and that I had a huge cavity and needed a crown. I was pretty surprised considering I go to the dentist regularly and have never had major issues. The dentist never once looked in my mouth, she had just talked to the hygienist and looked at X-rays. I ALMOST paid for the scaling but went with my gut and left. After speaking with the spouse of one of my husband's co-workers, having her look over my x-rays, and then making a call to my last dentist, I went to another dentist in the area which I had gotten references for. My teeth look great, no extra cleaning or scaling, no bone loss, AND no huge cavity needing a crown. Look at other reviews on Google and you will see this office has done this to several other patients. I would absolutely not recommend going here.

I've been going to Dr. Arafat's office for nearly a year. I've needed a lot of dental work and every time I'm here it's a wonderful experience. The whole team is fantastic!

Office staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They explained my dental benefits and they found an economical solution for my specific circumstance. Dr. Arafat was very thorough in her exam and she provided me with some of the best dental care I have received in years.

Such a great experience from the beginning to end. So happy I choose Brandon modern dentistry! The Doctor and the staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable your whole visit. Very professional and clean office with new technology. I couldn’t be happier with my visits. They were able to get me in same day to fix a molar that broke and took care of other dental work that needed to be done. I’m actually excited to go to the dentist for all my cleanings and exams!
