Palmetto Brandsmart has unfriendly customer service. The salesman Marvin Brautigam showed 2 faces, before & after the purchase.
He gave false info about the product, he was rude & inconsiderate. The ice maker was not installed at delivery. Service agent, asked if I wanted the new refrigerator picked up. Could I have gotten my old one back? He told me there were no more in stock, go to Amazon. Make sure you have everything in writing before you pay. If not EXIT. They are a customer’s night mare. Customer Service gave me the run around. Bottom line, the ice maker was NOT the wrong product, the guy doing the delivery COULDN'T install it.
The was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE certainly my final one at Brandsmart USA

The BrandsMart located in Sawgrass was the worst one I have been but I left them and went to the one in the 8-26 redeem the person that was helping me was great

Never buying anything from this place again. I had a fridge delivered and needed the fridge door adjusted to open the other direction. The delivery man said he could not do that because he did not bring tools to do the job but he would note the account and took pictures of the door. He promised someone will be out to fix it in a couple of days. When that did not happen I call customer service. I was transferred back and forth from one department to another. Finally a customer service lady told us we had to pay to get it fixed. Told us that it was our fault for not telling the driver ahead of delivery. Throughout the conversation she refused to put a manager, was extremely rude and hu g up on me. Terrible customer service. Will be returning the fridge

Sales team is to eager. Good deals but didn’t seem like I could “window shop” without being approached by sales.

Bought many electronics and small appliances here with no issues but just purchased a wireless mouse by verbatim and it doesn't work.

Very rude customer service in the area of the credit card service. If you don't feel like answering a question from a new client, stop working in that department OR quit your job. Besides that, the delivery people that call to confirm a delivery are very rude. I tried to arrange the best time for them to deliver and they hung up on me.

Great prices but they used to have better offers. Their system is very old and they asked me to give them my email address only to create an account but I started to receive emails from them without authorization, which I hate. I checked best but and there is not a big difference in prices, almost the same and the customer service and sales people are better trained.

I do not recommend, very bad experience, the customer service is very bad, mostly the cashiers the price is good bad you can find the same price or better in Best Buy and with much better attention

The worst store I've ever been in my life. The worst customer service. To make a return was an odyssey, you have to make two lines, one to return the product (only one employee, more than 20 costumers) and another to receive the credit. I do not recommend it.

Horrible Merchandise. Refurbished. Not enough return items cashier's. They have enough when you go purchase, but only 2 for returns. Waste of time.

Always the best prices on TV and appliances. However be sure that you have wat you want, because the returning or exchanging process is very slow and complicated. Definitely not friendly.

I don’t really give bad review unless it’s really bad. This brandsmart has the Super worst service from delivery guys and customer service. Very disrespectful and rude. They made the delivery attempt to my home and I guessed the salesperson didn’t noted that it’s going to upstair so. So the driver had to call office and rescheduled with 4 men team. While I was on the phone with the dispatcher to reschedule, one of driver gave me a f word and saying “waste my fxxKing time, axxhxxx”. The other guy didn’t stop him and keep letting him talked to me with F word. I got really angry but I didn’t want to get into fight with them two because I’m the only person at home. I told them to take the items and leave my house. I called to let them know about situation and rescheduled the next day. I let my wife to wait for them because I had to work. My wife called me and told me that the drivers showed up but they didn’t have my items so they left. I texted and called my salesperson, no answer and no reply. I called the brandsmart customer service, the lady who picked up my phone was trying to help me, but with the two bad experiences from delivery guys, I wanted to cancel the order. The lady just hang up on me. I had to call and wait 15 mins till a guy named Chris, who is very helpful and respectful to me. I still canceled my orders.
I used to like Brandsmart a lot, but with this bad experience, I can’t recommend to my friends and family anymore. I really hope the higher management see my comment to aware what happened to me.

If you are a kitchen hater because it takes to much time to cook and time consuming well you have come to the right place because they have the best accessories for cooking. Ever since I bought my kitchen cookers I am so much happy to cook and have to do other things done. Every time I need something for the kitchen to cook I go there and buy it. The people are very patient with you when you need to get something or have any questions. The customer service is eco-friendly and they provide guaranty for almost every product you buy for I believe 12 dollars just in case something happens to one of the electronics products.

I had a very unpleasant visit today at the Bransmart Palmetto location with Mr. Marlon Valle the warehouse “captain”.
Mr. Marlon Valle, your customer services skills are awful, disrespectful and rude. You have no place interacting with the public. Your persona, attitude and appearance reflects the bitterness in your life. If you don’t like working on Sunday and with the public, you are in the wrong line of work. I can only imagine how you treat the people under your supervision. You definitely need to attend a training course on customer service.copy of this complaint to the BBB.
