Brannen Banks of Florida Inc

This is for the West office on hwy 44 Inverness drive through. Very rude teller. I dropped off 2 deposits on 12/18/23 @ approximately 12: 50, said I dont need a rcpt.she said ok. No thank you or anything. I said it again and she said yeah, I heard you. I said no, thats where you say thank-you. She lied and said I did. I said no you didnt but you should always say thank you. I am so sick of poor customer service. All you need to do is greet and thank and most folks are happy. I didnt get her name but she had long stringy hair and looked like a slob. Please consider a customer service refresher with your people and maybe a dress code update.

If I could put 0 stars I would give it to the manager and the woman at the window at the drive thru on 6/13/23 in the morning. I have to say I’ve never seen a bank like this, I see why the reviews are so bad, they’re correct. Run, take your money elsewhere, I am! Most unprofessional woman in the window and a manager standing next to her, wow, and they’re handling locals money. With this level of customer service I wonder the what the level of privacy is, I’m thinking everyone knows your business with these two manning the place. Never seen such disturbing behavior as I watched them embarrass a woman in the drive thru too! DO SOMETHING!

Teller this morning literally spied on my conversation with my mother and proceeded to be very rude and commented back! I’ve never seen such disgusting behavior at a bank, to the rude woman, remember, your job is mostly hospitality and NO ONE needs your mouth!
