Bras 'n Things, Delray Beach FL

The owner of this store is horrible. She is rude, and has no customer service skills. I bought a strapless bra there which left me with marks under my bossoms, and side torso. I made an appointment to show her what had happened, but when I went to the back and I showed her my scars she said immediately no those marks are not from my bras. She flately said no although I was trying to explain that it definitely was that bra. She had me put it on and then said it fits perfect- I said it dosent if it caused the scars I had. She then said in an uptone- there is nothing I can do for you. She was loud and dismissive. Rudely asked me to leave. After having that traumatic experience I would suggest no one ever shop there.

I needed a special bra for a gown with a low back. I made an appointment with Dora who bent over backwards, running back and forth, getting different bras until she was satisfied with the way it looked and fit! I also unexpectedly B bought 2 regular bras that fit perfectly and were so flattering! I will never buy another bra from any place else and I highly recommend Dora to assist you! An FYI, the store works by appointment only!

I suffered for years wearing poorly sized bras.
I had a progessiomal fitting from one of the brassierotologists.

I thought I was a 36DDD but I am actually a 38G. No wonder my back hurt. Now I am happy and proud of my special feminine assets.

If I could give Bras N Things 10 stars I would. Thank you Dora and Phyllis for all of your help! I left the store feeling sexy and beautiful again! The bras are so comfortable and Dora picked out bras that fit my body type the best. Thank you ladies! 10/10 recommend.

Made an appointment at Bras & Things for my mom. The store was neat and organized with a great selection… Can’t say enough about Dora. She was helpful kind and patient with my mother… If you need to get fitted for bras and bathing suits, this is the place to go! Thanks Dora:)

0 stars! I had walked in to this store looking for an under garment for my wedding. I jus moved to the area and was not familiar with the “appointment only” fittings not was it posted anywhere on the sign, just was not explained to me in a friendly matter. They were so rude to me in ran out and cried in the car. I will never bring my businesses here again and you shouldn’t either.

I just moved to this area and noticed this store. We decided to go in and check it out. We did not know (how would we) that it was an appointment only store. I wish we would have been treated more respectfully. The sales lady seemed rude that I had the audacity to look at a bra without an appointment! Goodness! It won’t happen again! I won’t be back!

Dora was an excellent fitter! I’m not an easy fit as I have a small back and large heavy breast’s. Dora selected the bras she knew would fit my body best! I found multiple stylish supportive bras and even found a sports bra that is both comfortable and super supportive…and I could even breath, lol! Thank you Dora for making my bra fitting pleasant, fast, efficient and productive!

When i arrived for my scheduled time, i was warmly greeted.my consultant was Dora, she was friendly and knowledgeable with 29 years of experience! She worked with me until i found the best bras for me.she even taught me a trick or two! Don’t hesitate to make an appointment at Bras 'n Things.

Went for my first bra fitting at age 65! Dora was soooo helpful. She made feel very comfortable as I am super self conscious of my body. She told me I was beautiful which put me at ease. She found several bras that fit me perfectly; she saw I was wearing the incorrect bra and size
