Always great service, always delicious, and always a wonderful experience! Whether it’s a holiday dinner or just a date night, they take great care of their customers.

The food was hot and fresh, the flavors were perfect, and the wait staff was perfectly attentive.

We will definitely be back!

We had an incident with a cockroach on the street, when we commented on what happened to the administrator, his response was: we are in Florida, what do you want? Is that why they sent for me? His response was rude

There were 7 of us at 5: 15. They were very accommodating. The Gaucho chef (the meat man) made some amazingly delicious meat! There was chicken, garlic parmesean encrusted pork, garlic roasted sirloin, ribeye, and another steak. They were all so amazing! There was also a nice salad bar if you wanted some veggies. The chef and the wait staff provided stellar service. It was about $50 per person and well worth it. Go hungry!
Oh! Almost forgot. There was a dessert of a pinepple that had been roasted for 3 hours with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with cinnamon and caramel. It was too die for. We will definitely go again next time we are in town.

Excellent Brazilian style restaurant with unique salad bar and fantastic fire grilled meat service. The lunch is very reasonable with the salad bar. The wait staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home. He don't miss restaurant on Merritt Island.

Never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse. If this is what to expect.these people here at Brasas have set a HIGH bar. This was PHENOMENAL! The wait staff were amazing, the atmosphere was subdued and SOOO laid back. We are just visiting this area, but this place is a diamond in the rough. If you want to try a Brazilian Steakhouse, this is the one!

This was by far one of the best steak experiences we have ever had. The owner is dedicated and passionate to his craft! We will be back.

They were pretty disrespectful if im being honest. I was trying to tell Eddie, i believe is his name, i didn't want anymore food and he just went 'Not everything's about you'. Quite disrespectful if you ask me, and the meats? I told him i would like medium and i kept getting rare's. The creme brulee was apparently good, which is mostly the only reason they deserve stars at ALL.

Fantastic meal at Brasas Grill. The salad bar had an interesting selection of green salad, toppings, and dressings. Also in the salad bar were an assortment of vegetables, pastas, hot sides, and soups. The meat selections were great too. All you can eat. I particularly liked the pork and steak. But the sausage and chicken were really good. I want to give a thumbs up to chef/owner Eddie. He greeted us and bid us farewell with equal professionalism and friendliness. Our waitress too, was really nice. She helped to explain the options. We would definitely go again. And the price is totally fair.about $50 for two.

Phenomenal place, hold off on the salad bar till you get the fire brazed meat, so delicious and you won't go home hungry that's a fact. Great service, and the owner will make sure you're taken care of.

The truth about this place,
Looking for a salad bar all you can eat buffet type restaurant. The people working here are wonderful, very attentive, friendly & welcoming. No Menus.
I could make some suggestions, one being, the hot food is not kept hot enough, it is warm. I like food hot. No canned or frozen vegetables, no matter what you add to them, they aren’t up to par here. However the mashed potatoes & Mac & cheese were great from scratch and tasted great.
The salad bar was sparse not a whole lot of veggies, it was clean and fresh which was pleasing, adding Cottege cheese & even celery would be a big plus!
The ready made salads looked untouched meaning uneaten and well, they just weren’t very tasty.
The meat which comes to your table and is carved for you was just okay nothing & special.
Thinking dessert was included with this meal, we both said okay!
Which we never order dessert.
The bill comes and boom, we were not expecting $107.00
$7.00 a piece for the dessert. Ahh no just no.
We don’t spend this kind of money at restaurants like this,
and this was mediocre at best.
I don’t want to hurt anyones feelings or slam a restaurant.
But it was not worth $50.00 a person.
These prices are to high.
I never would have sat down to eat had I known the cost.

Primary server seemed to be having issues. Maybe she was new? It was the day before a holiday so maybe they were understaffed.anyways, we were serviced by another employee and he was great. The meat was great. We went during lunch. Not a wide variety of meat as I had hoped but VERY good nonetheless. The salad bar was disappointing. Although most of the sides were good it was very limited. The soups were good but not clearly labeled.there were three different labels but only two soups? The actual salad part of the salad bar was really disappointing. I would have liked more dressing options and toppings.

Prime rib sliders are amazing! Nachos are on point, with a side of BBQ sauce. Of course the meats are phenomenal. And on Fridays from 4: 30pm - 6pm they have awesome drink specials including $1 beers and $3 pitchers! I absolutely love this place! Great for keto to.

They are OK at best. The wait staff was somewhat tentative to our needs the salad bar had a few good thing. The meat was as cooked medium rare but very salty. Haven eaten at fogo de cháo and Texas de Brazil I wasn’t expecting that quality from a small restaurant. However I wasn’t expecting the same price either. I don’t mind paying a higher price if the quality matches. But I can’t say it does in this case.

The meat was good, nothing I had I didn't like. However, the sides were bland or just not good. Would go again. Good place to go if you're watching macros and need protein

Brought my Brazilian mother there for dinner and she liked it very much. The place was slow that day, which concerned me, for it was my first time there. It turned out to be very pleasant. We left very full and wanting to come back again.

I've eaten here at least half dozen times this year (2022). The buffet has a lot of good ingredients including exceptionally good chicken gizzards, and many many other items. If you want a good steak cooked to order in the half pound plus category it's $5 extra. I can't pass that value up even if I just bring it home for dinner. Service at lunch time is A+.

Had never been to a Brazilian Steak House.so it was a new experience. Nice family atmosphere with soft music in the back ground. Salad / sides buffet was very nice, lots of varieties for everyone. The meat choice were very good and all tasted excellent. Had 6 different variations in all. I'm sure there were more, but got full quickly. The price was maybe a tad more than I expected, but if you go with a good appetite, you'll get your monies worth.

Weird thing to find out about a Brazilian steakhouse… but that was the best clam chowder I have ever had.
Everything is fresh, the owner is kind and very involved, and I am definitely returning.
