The community is absolutely wonderful and kind especially new supervisor Jose, he has been very kind and i love the improvements he has put in into this community and into the properties. Keep up the good work

After living here for almost 3 years in two different units and spending over 30K with this place, they tried to charge me over 500$ to move out and accused me of not cleaning the apartment. They tried to email me pics of “damages “… I was laughing bc the pics looked like something you would post on line trying to promote/sell a room! Place just want to rob you of all your money. They do not pick up around the area, dead mice in the pool/ grill area. They cannot keep a front desk staff so there is constantly different people in the office, making it difficult for anyone to understand what’s going on. A while back they also allowed one of the front office manager to live in a unit, and she would leave bags of trash piled up outside of her door while others would get charged 25$ penalty if they did the same things. Weird, Over priced and will charge you unfairly

I had an excellent experience with Janelisse. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to address my questions and ensure a positive experience. I highly recommend her.

I recently moved to Braxton Waterleigh. The Braxton layout is spacious and the appliances are good quality. A few glitches in the apartment when I moved in, but the management and staff (Sara and Al) worked diligently to make sure I was satisfied. I like my apartment!

Let me start by saying we love this team, from everyone in the office to the workers at maintenance! You can alway count on Sarah, she takes her time to answer any question or conners you may have, going the extra mile to explain everything. Also any issues that pop-up will be addressed that day or the next day!

Looking to move into the area. I was greeted by very friendly staff. Janeliss was very helpful with all my concerns and questions. On my top property places as of now.

I noticed since Mr. Jose Ortiz took over as the new Supervisor, a lot of improvement is being done, the tenants are happy that everything is being done on time. I do appreciate all your efforts and hope you stay with us for a very long time. Thank you very much Mr. Ortiz.

Love my Apartment, especially when I need some help. Al is super, When I have any problems with the apartment, he always solves everything with satisfaction.

We loved this property, and looking forward to move in this spring, the staff was wonderful and extremely polite they answer all our questions and conserns, the unit we tour was amazing, clean updated and check all of our boxes we can wait to make Braxton Waterleigh our home this year!
